I wanted to receive help with my debt so I joined this program. Once I realized I could figure out handling my debt situation on my own, I cancelled the services. The next month I was charged $50.00. I have reached out and emailed the company letting them know that I cancelled my service and I am always told that they aren't the company that deals with finance issues so there is nothing they can do. I have been told this on two separate occasions. I am still being charge $50.00 and I am still being told there is nothing they can do about this.

I was charged $50.00 to my bank account and did not use their services. Tried to call them. Had to leave message. No return call from them.
