I began working for these folks around November 2014, They paid pretty well up until about June/July 2015. I noticed work being placed on hold repeatidly, you had to fight for every dime you get. Now they simply Zeroe out your invoice which is an illegal practice. They gripe you have signed a memo etc. Memo's do not allow you to break the law. You must pay contractors for what they do.

A review of my accounts receivable shows they ow in the area of 20K. They also negotiate after the fact. You agree on a price for a job then they lower it after you invoice them. They claim you are paid NET 21 but they are farther behind than that. We recently had a training meeting in Virginia sponsored by them. Most oof the contractors complain that they are not being paid or are being paid less than agreed. This seems to be a common problem in the Mortgage field services industry.

So far they have not responded other than calling to ask if I am going to get my new jobs finished. They seem to think we are stupid. I will not work again until I have been paid. I am also planning to file contractors liens against all properties I am owed on until paid.

Do not accept work from them!

We are an established CT based property preservation company. 5 years with nationals. Started with NFN november 2016. Pay period is suppose to be 35 days net. It is 2 weeks in January 2017 have not recieved a paycheck. Told them ressigning unless paid. They chose ressign. Now I have to hire a lawyer to be paid. This company makes Safegaurd look good. Way too much data entry. Doing work in vloume would cost a fortune in overhead. Do not make mistake we did.

Scammers...RUN

This company approached us to handle work for them. They had a lot of work and at first paid fairly consistently. We noticed about 3 months ago it was almost 7 weeks before we saw a small check. We stopped working for them right after that and we are trying to collect $70K from them, some of it from back in May. Their accounting system is a joke as they use a spreadsheet to keep track of payments and then pay you for one task on a work order instead of the whole work order which makes it tough to keep up with and pay contractors. We are going to start placing liens on properties and have contacted our attorney!

These people are crooks

I began working for them back in February of 2016. Seems to be the same for most . They pay good for a little, start throwing more at you and you are excited for the work and pay and then it happens. No pay. Supposed to pay 35 days after fact. I'm up to 110 days and $40,000. My manager who handles account kept it going. They never return any calls or emails. One week I left 8 voicemails and 15 emails and I got nothing in return. Matter of fact from June 1 2016 - present(November 12 2016) I have NEVER received a return call from accounting even though there recording says " leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible" .

Advice don't accept. If you do DO NOT allow them to go past what you agree to regarding payment despite what they offer.

They are going out of business. They are not paying any one that they owe money to.. Have not gotten paid from them in a year. They claim they are waiting on a wire from rms, llc. They are lying and will keep any money that they get!!!!!!!! they will be out of business by the end of the month> arebella dudzinshi, who is in there legal department will not return calls or emails. For all vendors they should stop all work because you will not get paid!!!!!!
