My opinion from my experience with the following::
Called Sandra Tamez about housing discrimination by HUD and a nonprofit...seriously discriminated against, illegally evicted, never late w/ my rent no lease violations...NOTHING. Except my race...White. HUD FH also discriminated against me because the HUD FH Civil Rights Director told me he was "close persoanl friends of the respondents for over 30 yrs" and refused to recuse himself and then discriminated against me by destroying all my files / documents of the discrimination, and he thought it was funny. They ignored my appeal and FOIA...geeh I wonder why? They're corrupt that's why, and HUD actually discriminates against Whites as well, or who they think are White.
Contacted Fair Housing Council of Greater San Antonio, spoke with Sandra Tamez...she didn't want to listen and was extremely rude and said, "We only help immigrants!" and hung up. They shouldn't be getting any Federal Funds. BTW...their funding comes from HUD..GEE GO FIGURE...THATS WHY TAMEZ IS SO RACIST AGAINST WHITES...Look on her facebook,
Read an article where the Natl Fair Housing Alliance in D.C. won a FH lawsuit...that wasn't as bad as what happened to me. I spoke with a very nice lady by the name of Yvonne who listened to me very patiently and was in shock with all that had happened to me and the blatant discrimination and violations of the FHA. She said, "What happened to you is exactley the cases we take and prosecute. No one should go through that." Then she told me I'd have to call their San Antonio office and speak w/ Sandra Tamez. I was in shock. I told her I had already spoken to Tamez and she was extremely rude and sounded racist at that...saying they only help immigrants...which is very common in San Antonio. Ms. Yvonne said that isn't true and she was going to report it to the supervisor, Cat Cloud.
Called Sandra Tamez again, left a message. She had some guy call me back that barely spoke English and didn't understand what I was saying. I asked that he have Tamez call me please. She called, the first thing I asked her was if he knew or were friends of any HUD employees in San Antonio, FT. Worth, Houston or D.C. Tamez said, "No. We get funding from HUD, but I don't know any of them." That was a blatant lie...look on her facebook...the very HUD employees who discriminated against me...are friends of Tamez. Again, she didn't want to hear what had happened to me how I was discriminated against...just like HUD. Sandra Tamez and Cat Cloud were extremely rude and unprofessional, not to mention racist. They need to take lessons from Ms. Yvonne on how to do their jobs, be patient and compassonate and NOT LIE and don't DISCRIMINATE.
Sandra Tamez and Cat Cloud should not have their jobs...they're not professional and the discriminate, big time....in my opinion. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT CAN DO THEIR JOBS BETTER AND WITHOUT DISCRIMINATING!!
DO NOT DONATE TO EITHER ONE OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS!!!
