I made an appointment online to have my car detailed. On the appointed day, these to young guys, kids really, show up,in a beat up old van. I was beginning to have doubts. Before long I was not impressed. I decided they didn't know what they were doing. They left swirl marks on the hood. They left marks and spots on the inside windows and mirror. They left smudges in several places. They left towel lint in side and outside. They left white spots from the buffing compound in many places. They left this gooey substance on the rubber trim.
The worst thing they did was the plastic bumper skins. The originals were semi-mat gray plastic. I had to replace the front one. The replacements are black. So they would both match, I paid $800 to have them painted semi-mat to match. The guys either buffed them or put something on them and now they are glossy.
I left a 1/2 star rating on their site and explained why. This lady named Vanessa contacted me and it went downhill from there. She called me dishonest and that I falsified my statements and refused to resolve the problem. She refused to refund y money or pay to have my bumpers repainted.
Detailer came out we walked around the RV, which is a 2001 Georgie Boy. Detailer commented this is not a problem and we will have it shining like new. Finish was blotchy, detailer agreed with this assessment. Told me he would come back out if I wasnt happy. He agreed to come back out but he would not come out for free and it would cost another $400 to wet sand it.
National Detail agreed with the detailer and pointed out that in there terms and conditions it states that they may not be able to get a good finish on all RV's. The detailer should of stated that due to the age of the RV the finish may not come out as shiny as the pics on there before and after advertisement. The detaiiler should have known prior to starting the job that this may need to be wet sanded.
There before and after pics are very misleading. My RV did not look as bad as any of the before pics they had. If you come out and tell me that you can get this RV shining like new again. Then that is what I was expecting.
I ordered a Motor home wash and detail and wax on line the first appointment was between 900am and 1200 pm the Deailer never showe up until 645 PM , then the detailer started washing the motor home and that look pretty good then he dryed it and started hand waxing the motor home , then i started seeing dull spots on the motor home ( keep in mind that this motor home is only 1.5 years old ) The deailer said i dont know what that is or what causeing that ( keep in mind the motor home did not have those dull spots after washing only after he detailed with wax , I emailed National detail and sent them pic of the motor home , they responded back that it was oxidized and that was not part of the package that i had ordered ,
keep in mind that the motor home had no dull place after washing , i emailed asking them to rebate some of the money and there responds was we washed and wax as you requested (No refund ) it seem to me that a Pro detailer would have siad something if it was oxidized it fact the detailer kept say that not oxidized i dont know that it is , he then tryed to re wipe it off but it would not come off long story short i now am having another detailer come out and try to repair the problem , i will not ever use National Detail Pro again they seem to have a office and all they do is sub out to local detailers which they have no control over , they take your money and run they should be shut down do Not use these pepole for any detailing at all
I hired this group out of Utah which is nation wide.they collect the money and then contract the work out to each state to who ever shows up.i paid for exotic service on both my car and truck which is a complete detail including cleaning my engines,shampoo seats,floor carpet and headliner,vacuum ,clean floor mats q tip clean interior,all door jams,trunk and hood jams,detail wheels,wash and hard wax vehicles,buff and take out up to 4 scratches out...1st crew came out had no buffers no shampooers and squirt wax to much cell phone talk..I called in to complain and the guy said he would make it wright.ok he came out 2nd trip had no shampooer but he did have a buffer still cheap squirt wax,,any way I informed corporate they will make it wright,no refunds.don't tell you that tho,so all I need are a shampooing inside of my truck carpet,seats,headliner and wax my wifes car with paste wax and we would call it even.but now they don't no you.that's not a good way to treat seniors..your better off to go to your local car wash and detailers..all I wants finish the vehicles pur our contract or a refund.
Excited to hire a tech to detail my 2016 car. Read reviews and felt safe to book appointment. Paid 209.99 and now so sad that my car looks awful. Tech did not oerform services I paid for. When asked about my car I was told my problem is I am just to anal.
My car had left over wax and was told he was sorry but he couldn't get it off because he used a buffer and thinks he cut too far down and took clear coat off paint or that he shouold not have used a clay bar on it. Also stated if he knew I was so picky he wouldn't have taken the job.
I had a few spots in the back seats that I wanted clean and now my seats are ruined. All 4 of them look like liquid has been dumped and dried on them. Inside interior black. Nothing wiped or shined as paid for.
Armor all not applied on outside of vehicle at all. I contacted company immediately and sent pictures as they asked for, I was told they could get it fixed and I was hapy as long as it was from someone else. They said orry had to be same tech or $75 discount. Either choice was a good option according to Chris. I said this never should have happened.
I should be happy and not having to figure out how to fix the techs damage and be out even more money. Now possibly have to have a new paint job also along with dealer professionally clean my seats because they state tech used dirty water and wrong solution. No excuse.
I asked Chris at NDP for a full refund but was denied. Was told my only 2 options are have initial tech come back out to redo or take $75 discount. I wanted a sparkling detailed car for our family trip but now just disappointments. This is fraud and ripoff. How can they not stand behind their services? I work hard for my money n don't have it to just throw away.
Now what to do about my car that looked new and now looks years old
