I was hired Nov. 12, 2015 as a Pre-Need Sales Counselor. There have been two management changes since then, and I have not received ONE new lead despite several meetings with management. I have also been excluded from online sales meetings.
I was refused a refund of $150 which I paid for a Mortuary Board license.
Management practices are shoddy at best, negligent at worst.
