National Credit Report Reviews
National Credit Report has just withdrawn online $29.95 from my debit card, which I did not authorize or know about. The withdrawal is shown in my online debit card statement as OTL*NATIONALCRE POS PURCHASE 888-550-1236,TX DATE 060320 REF# 015500029506. I called the tel number shown in the statement company after noticing the unauthorized charge and was directed to company's representative who told me his names is Johanns about the unauthorized charge to my card.
The rep told me he cancelled my account, which I did not know was created, and I was to expect an email from them confirming the cancellation. Later on I received an email message from the company that my request, which I talked with the rep about, for a full refund is disapproved. I then messaged the bank that issued me the debit card to see what they can do to stop National Credit Report from charging my card in the future and see if they can help me get the refund.
Incidentally following the NCR email to me, I received a noreply email message from ScoreSense ATTN: Customer Service,8144 Walnut Hill Ln Suite 600Dallas, TX 75231 thanking me for my inquiry, which I did not know about also. However, I did earlier inquire about my credit score from National Credit Report, which was advertised online for free. But I was charged $1.00 for it, which was withdrawn from debit card.
So apparently, these two companies or one and same company are working together to scam people interested to know their credit score online for free. And after you provide the company online the information it claims to require, the company uses the info, such as your card number, to access your bank accout and bill and charge your card the fee radulently, without your knowledge or authorization.
Monthly charges started in Janurary 2020 but I just saw one as pending today.
I use LIFELOCK not these people, I wonder if they got our CC number from EQUIFAX.

Could not figure out how my funds were dropping, until i looked at my statements from the following month. Apparently they take it out around the beginning of the month. I always get a certain amount every month and as far as i can remember it's never the amount in supposed to be getting.... Now I know why.
Keeps taking $29.95 of of my card, monthly fit the last 3 months. I would like for this to stop and quit taking away from me and my children. Just found out why I have not been getting my monthly deposit in full, always short about$30.00 every month. I viewed my statements for last month and I remember about 1 year ago I used a credit report, but then canceled it with in the limited days of free service before having to pay for the service. Apparently they don't care and helped themselves to my money anyway, would like this to stop and hopefully be refunded.
