National collectors mint inc fraudulent charges ordered 10.00 coin being charged 44.84 no customer service rep or support bad email address port chester, New York

I ordered a 10.00 coin+4.95 s&h. NCM requesting payment of44.84. I called 800 number to speak with rep, I got an answering service that takes 3-5 days before a return call will take place. I tried to email company. The email address was bad couldnt send an email about problem.

National Collectors Mint Completes and delivers cancelled orders Port Chester New York

I placed an order on November 21, 2008. The website claims that the order will be processed and shipped in 10 - 14 business days. I kept checking the order status on line and when it had not been shipped by the 16th business day I called customer service and had to leave a message to cancel the order.

I received a portion of the order today January 20, 2009. I no longer wanted the order as it was supposed to be Christmas presents. I have now been listening to a recording asking me to hold for assistance for 30 minutes...does this company even know what customer service is?!

Obviously this company does whatever they want to do. Customer service is an answering machine and they apparently delete the messages that would cost them an order.

Their website claims that they can have the order shipped in 10 - 14 business days. If this is not a possibility, then they need to stop making false claims on their website.

National Collectors Mint took my order, charged $114. to my charge card, no product received and no one to call Port Chester New York

National Collectors Mint, I received a letter in August 2008 from Barry Goldwater Jr, Director of this coin company, I saved my medicare disability from August until November 2008, my Marine son had just returned from 11 months in Iraq. Not only did he serve his country as well as his father and 2 uncles who were Nam Marines, but my son had to postpone his wedding because his tour went from 3 to 11 months.

So I saved my money to buy all of my children and grandchildren this " Sept 11th $20.00 coin certificate ", i believe that i had 4 silver and one gold one, this phone number ( the order dept ) 1.800.799.6468 ext 5911, VIP LINE per Barry Goldwater. I was told they would arrive in about 10-14 days, i ordered this the beginning of November.

The only number o have are: Customer Id 383427 which was on the letter sent to me. they have the correct mailing address.

Starting about 10 days ago I started calling to find our where my order was. The vip line told me that I had to call the customer service line at:

1.800.452.4381 which I did at least 8-10 times I left a message for them to call me. I also called the Order line (this so called vip line) at:

1.800.799.6468, they can not help me at all however they have left at least 3-4 Urgent messages for customer service to call me immediately. Today I even spoke to the supervisor , adrea (?) who promised me they could do nothing except send a message for the customer service dept to call me, which she did.

I have also sent at least 6 emails to: [email protected] with no response either.

Today I sent a fax to: 1.914.935.3321 to call me immediately because I am going to start telling anyone who will listen that they are a fraud, scam, and prey on the medicare, disabled people.

You see I have no money left because I saved for this so all of my children would know why we are in a war. I know it probably isnt real, however it is what i saved to give to my children and grandchildren. now i have nothing.

Please tell everyone you know what a scam these people are and I am going to write to every attorney general that I know.

National Collectors Mint changed their price without my authorization & charged my account for the higher amount 8 Slater St., New York *EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account that someone wrongfully takes it from you!

On March 7, 2011, I responded to an advertisement on the internet from National Collectors Mint (getmorgans.com) offering Morgan Silver Dollars for $29.90 each. I had my son order 20 coins. We received an order confirmation for a total price of $617.00 for the 20 Silver Dollars. The next day, March 8, 2011, however, my son received an e-mail stating that National Collectors Mint was charging my bank account $799.00 for the same order! That is $182.00 more!

We tried to call numerous times, but the Customer Service number just went to voice mail so we left many messages to cancel the order. My son also sent at least 4 e-mails and 2 complaint letters to cancel the order to their customer service but National Collectors Mint NEVER responded. We checked the Web site several times over the next days, and they continued to offer the Morgan Silver Dollars at $29.90 each!

On March 16, 2011 my bank account has been debited for the $799.00 and I am very upset that this company would offer a product at an advertised price and then fail to keep their word. I feel I have been defrauded. I am 83 years old and visually impared, so this is very painful to me that National Collectors Mint would take advantage of me.

Today is March 21, 2011 and we have not heard from National Collectors Mint or received any coins. They just took my money.

National Collectors Mint overcharged for items asked for from TV ad via an automated phone system, Internet

My husband & I saw a TV ad from National Collectors Mint for gold-silver twin tower coins. An order for placed for two (2) coins at $19.99 + s&h. A couple of days later, we check our account and found that NCM charged us over $300. I've tried without success, to resolve and correct this error. The 800-number is a joke in that there is a recording stating that all operators are currently busy with other callers. (I guess they too were taken for a ride).
