The warranty was sold to me at time of purchase said it covers steering and suspention on my truck 1 month ago i replaced the tires with the same tires same size that it was sold to me with.
Turns out that the tires are 1 inch taller and 2 inches wider than factory tires wich voids my waranty so the truck wont steer unless it is moving very dangerous but cant be covered by this warranty i paid over $4000 for this is very wrong shame on you National warranty customer service is very rude i will be requesting a refund.
This company keeps calling, even though I have requested to be put on the Do Not Call list. Today, I contacted the company after they called and hung up, and I asked to speak to a Supervisor, and "David" said he was a manager. He was very snarky and got upset when I told him that my phone calls are recorded and that I intend to report them to the FCC. He told me that there was no record of me asking for my number to be removed, basically calling me a liar. I told him that his operator did not do her job because I did indeed request that many months ago. I do not think I'd want this company's products with their advertising methods being so obnoxious.
We called them in march to cancel the contract they never told us we needed to put it in writing. They debitted our account after we canceled. When we called to ask why they said needed to put it in writing that they do not do faxes, emails or take cancellations over the phone. Seems funny that they called us and started contract over phone with no signatures. They lied to us about being the original warranty people when in fact gmac were the original ones. They called us liars when we said that we called in march.
This company called my house and my step son answered and gave me the phone saying that they asked for me...wish he would have never answered or just said i wasn't home!!! After speaking to them breifly the guy was trying real hard to sell me on a extended warranty for my car that i just paid off. I explained that i was not sure what i could afford financially if i could even afford anything at that exact time. They kept pushing all these "special prices" and they act like you have to say yes right then and there in order to get the deal!! They said in order to get the great offer they were giving me i had to give them a check over the phone to hold as a deposit until i spoke with my fiance after he got home from work...they said if i couldn't commit to call them the next day..which i did!! What was worse was when i got to work the next day i was 1 out of 3 people who were let go at work because we were the last hires and they weren't busy enough to need all these employees. I called them and explained this to them the very next day( and they had not cashed the check) so i explained that now more then ever i would not be able to commit to a warranty. They were absolutely rude and pushy!! They said they would still be depositing the check and it would take 30-60 days for me to be refunded. I explained i have small children at home to feed cloth and shelter now with no income and i needed that money to take care of my family. The lady which i was told was the supervisor was so cruel...she even said well if you lost your job you are going to need this warranty on your car now more then ever!!! Wth???So after i saw i wasn't getting anywhere with this lady i asked her "so my only option is to stop payment on the check?" her answer to me was "i would not advise you do that" and said it very rudely!!! Then she hung up on me!!!! So i called my bank right away and stopped payment on the check. The lady at my bank said "never ever give your bank info to anyone over the phone" (which i definetly have learned my lesson) she also said to watch my acct closely for the next couple of months because these type of companies are known to try again next month or the month after!!! Well guess what?? They sure did!!! They made up a check number and a fake day of authorization from me...which was never given to them.... And the money was taken out of my acct!!! So now i have to do a dispute with my bank in order to get the money back! My advice to anyone who comes in contact with this company to be very careful!! Do not give them any info unless you are positive you want there services becauase they will turn on you..they act so sweet and nice when they have your money but then when you need good customer service you get attacked by them like raging dogs with rabies!!! I'm not saying that they are not a legit company...and might have good services when it comes to their warranties( i wouldn't know that) but what i am saying is they r mean rude pushy unethical and seriously the worst customer service that i have ever experienced!! How dare them act sneeky and fraudulant as a company!
A woman, Arlene, called from this company and told me that my auto warranty had expired and wanted to sell me another. I bought the vehicle used for my daughter so it was important that she had the extended warranty. I checked my file and contacted my dealer and confirmed that the warranty I bought was 36 months or 36,000 miles from the date I purchased the car and was, in fact, not expried and very active. Organizations like this steal from the elderly and the foolish. They should be charged with fraud and imprisoned.
