I bought a pre-owned 2011 Infiniti M37 in 2015 and purchased an extended warranty from National Auto Care Corp. The warranty is set to expire in another 5000 miles and I've never had to use them. It was billed as an extremely extensive warranty with almost bumper to bumper coverage. Unfortunately the first time i finally had to use them for a repair.
When my car wouldn't start I had it towed to the dealership thinking that because it's an electronic issue it would be covered under the extended warrranty. However National Auto Care has declined to cover it saying it's not listed in the long list of covered things. I feel as if they got my $2500 and had no intentions of ever covering any repair.
the person I spoke with was not the most friendly or accomodating person and I feel this is a total scam.
