Description of Complaint: I complained June July August and Sept that Matt lied during sales calls to close the sale and lied about their guarantees. Matt said they guarantee you will make 3 times back your investment within 6 months, but he lied saying I could have coaching on Saturdays since I work full time mond thru Friday, he lied because he knew I wasn't purchasing their coaching services unless offered on Saturdays, so that's the reason he lied, and they as a company all knew I needed coaching outside of my full time duties Mon thru Fri and needed all onboarding and coaching on Saturdays, after 4 months they limited coaching even more to just mond thru Thur and gave my credit card number out to Money Tree and had Money Tree remove money from my account within three weeks of taking out money.
This is a clear violation of the contract and a lie on the sales call. Also, Emily Oddo emailed me late October unable to have website fully operational, which she should have addressed back in June or even July, but to find out 4 months later is showing they are unable to deliver their service and promises. NAEA has guarantees in place, but you can't access the service to meet their guarantees. Matt exaggerated their guarantees by promising and guaranteeing he could have coaches and onboarding service me on Saturdays. NAEA gave my credit card information to Money Tree Lead systems who began withdrawing funds on random dates.
NAEA is ignoring my complaints Emily Oddo didn't get my website up and running which resulted in innnacurate date showing on my website and website being taken down, Emily didn't set it up and contacted me 4 months later to resolve after I had spent the 4 months complaining about not being able to access the service I purchased due to Matt being overzealous to claose a sale to which led him to lie on the sales call saying they could work with me on Saturdays then saying I would be guaranteed to make 3 times the investment back in six months or they would write me a check for three times the investment.
I am asking for a refund of what I paid for him lieing but if the complaints I have with BBB and my bank continue to be ignored I will pursue FCC complaints for Jay Kinder running a call center where his sales people lie and make inflamatory guarantees and will pursue full damages up to and inclusing the three times guarantees. Plus harassment lawsuits since Keith called me at 5 am to pursue coaching at odd hours during the business week.
This organization lies during sales pitches, refuses to deliver services, and makes guarantees they can't back up to close a sale and this is a call center needing to be fully investigagted and shut down for violating FCC regulations and guidelines/ 1. Lie on the phone 2. Call outside of business hours 3. Denying recording sales calls as I asked Matthew Jonker if he was recording the sales lcall because they should be recording to watch the sales people so they don't lie to secure a sale. Jay Kinder and his business partners are sharing my credit card information with Money Tree and withdrawing funds outside of dates they are allowedd to take fees from accounts and ignores my efforts to communciate with them.
Desired Settlement: Refund plus guarantees = $18000
Desired Outcome Description: I want my set up fees from June refunded totalling $1390, Fees of $897 in June, July and August refunded. Sept Oct and Nov have been disputed with my bank and NAEA is taking a position they deny my dispute although I ahve threads of emails where even internally Savanah and Keith discuss how they know I need services on Saturdays and Keith proceeds to alienate me with negative tones about good luck dealing with me to Savanah and saying I won't negotiate or compromise .... I was honest up front
