I rented this property from nathan. He allowed me to move in 2 weeks early if I painted the up stairs. In Feb we had a issue with the ac and he "fixed it". In April the ac went out. It took him until august 6th to fix the ac. With Temps in excess of 94 degrees in the condo. Also he installed the ceiling fan in august that was supposed to be done in january. A vanity covering the large hole in the upstairs bath was supposed to be fixed last January it was never done. In June I asedan to break my lease due to no ac. I was told the lease was iron clad I could give 60 days notice and pay an early term fee of 1700, or I could leave then and pay a break lease fee of 3400. He would not prorated the rent for 4 months the whole florida summer without ac. I even had to involve an attorney to get help. When I was moving out he asked to show the condo I said I am moving out a week early , I'd prefer of you didn't show the house.
You can show it after Friday. Today is Thursday he scheduled people to come see the condo. Also the breaker fried for the ax yesterday he was supposed to fox it today, but has neglected it, since I won't let him show the place. I also complained about ants and termites in April. Seems the termite guy came today as I was moving out. Nathan had one excuse after another in regards to the ac. He said it was the windows why the unit was only blowing hot air. In July he finally said he just didn't have the money. However he is in the process of purchasing another condo j this same community.
