On October 30th, 2018, NATE ANTE of Waddle Exteriors, also the sole owner of Midwest Cycle Authority closed his business leaving $40,000 plus in expenses and bills tied to my building that had to be paid or my business would be shut down. He breached a lease contract, he left utility bills unpaid, his closing his doors without reaching an agreement forced a lease fine to be issued by the landlord. My business had to cover these fees due to his negligence. All this could have been avoided if he would have paid attention to HIS business. He knew of the bad dealings and finance issues within his business well back before October of 2017 according to emails recoverd in storage. He still allowed his manager to move his business into my location and rack up massive bills.
He is not communicating by any means with any creditors at this time. I have issued several emails to resolve this and he will not reply.
