Natalie Mardoyan is in my opinion, a nasty little internet troll and social media terrorist. This idiot called my home-based auto transport business at the very early and inappropriate hour of 7:18AM! When I called her back at 9AM and chastised her about her discourteous phone etiquette, she had the unmitigated gall to to tell me that I had NO right to expect privacy in my home at ANY hour. She then wrote a slanderous and malicious review about my company on Yelp.
I have found that nearly all Yelpers are idiots and most are millennials with “me first” entitlement attitudes. These people feel that they can say and do anything to anyone and any business at any time, and heaven help the person who criticizes their behavior.
In my humble opinion, Natalie Mardoyan is a perfect example of a rotten, deadbeat customer and a little troublemaker that all businesses should avoid dealing with.
If you have any conflict with her, she will bash your business on Yelp.

“I got a very rude voicemail from a gentleman just now because i called this morning at 7am returning a call with no voicemail the night prior. I dont think that is very professional. This employee(?) telling me in the voicemail that this is not a cab company and that i shouldn't be calling that early is not appropriate. No one answered my call this morning and there was no option to leave a voicemail.
When i called back the same employee answered. When I told him i had just gotten a rude voicemail he knew who i was and continued to belittle and yell at me over the phone then hung up on me. Horrible customer service, rude and would never work with them.”
