Natalie Dawn Drobel worked for me as a market manager MKTG at 4300 n. Miller road in Scottsdale Az. This was one of my territories as a regional mgr. From the inception of her hire at MKTG I did nothing but combat her paltry management skills and put out fires between her and our brand ambassadors and our other market managers. Most of our brand ambassadors would file some sort of grievance with her at least once a month in which she was formally written up. There was suspicion of theft complaints, using company credit card without permission, extreme inappropriate treatment towards individuals of alternative persuasion lifestyles. The tension she created in the workplace was a mixture of 8th grade immature drama and a prison yard.
She used offensive language and derogatory remarks in the workplace that truly hurt people’s feelings. Language that really would sting someone to the soul. The ONLY reason I couldn’t immediately fire her on the spot is because in our industry , especially in California and Arizona it is more difficult to fire someone than you think. With headquarters based in New York, there is constantly friction in firing and a litany of bureaucratic red tape to machete through. This happens even after numerous probationary reports and discussions with corporate. As a seasoned individual in this industry I would strongly recommend not hiring Natalie Drobel.
