I hired this company on July 2016 through Upwork.com under the name Arpita Bose as a freelance web designer, builder, programmer to build a website for my new company.
They promised that they could definitely do the job, guaranteed that the job would be done in 3 months completed. It is now April 2017 and the site is still not complete. Of course there is no recourse on Upwork because they do not help or care about the myriad of scammers on their site because they are making commission.
They also make it hard for clients to complain about the fraudulent freelancers on their site so clients are left with no recourse after being bilked out of their money. Unfortunately I am now left to spend more money for which I have already spents thousands, to get this website completed so that it can be publicized and I can start making money.
