We moved out of Narrows Point Apartments for the following reasons.

This place you should stay away from it has some serious safety and building code violations that the city of Tacoma should have enforced but did not.
excerpt from yelp:
1). Roof leaking in the bathroom with water falling on our faces
2). Fuse box trips on the 3 prong outlets and sometimes makes noise.
3). We endured 6 years of Luke warm or cold water. They replaced the water heater but we still had luke warm water.
4). They only have 1 maintenance man to fix things over 250 units.
3). Security is non existent We had damage to our vehicle that costed us thousands to repair. I believe the Federal and State Governments should investigate Narrows Pointe Apartments for Domestic Sponsored Terrorism we found Flour acid and other chemicals in our gas tank found by Dodge filed a complaint with the Attorney General nothing was done.
4). We paid 350.00 Security and Pet Deposit 250.00 and still charged 200.00 for cleaning their mold mildew . I think they should pay us for 2,500.00 for the building and safety violations and furniture damage
5). The trash has vermin running all over the place mice racoons and other creatures paid double in Trash bill.
6). Excessive processing fees to pay rent 75.00 1 for rent 35.00 35.00 for utilities
I would urge Targa Real Estate to get a Criminal Defense attorney for all the evil actions committed.
7). We stayed over 6 years in this hell hole. Please have targa not access my credit reports or personal information do to RICO related crimes.

9). Appliances old and outdated and makes noise during the summer asked last year for a new refrigrator and they refused.
10.) we replaced blinds 3 times at our expense we were still charged.
We were charged 203.26 stating utility bills we vacated the apartment on 03/31/2020 contract expired and relocated because of fear and harassment we will not be posting where we live at made a complaint to the Washington State Attorney Generals office with receipts and proof of payment last months rent and utility bills paid what they demanded. I now must also demand that according to the agreement 9 month rent we signed see city of Tacoma Landlod tenant agreement packet that if we have to relocate do the problems listed above we should be compensated 2,500.00 we have completed our moving to another city and I have a valid paypal email address that I sent targa a bill for 2,500.00
