Do not be fooled by this comapny they advertise music interests to bait you out off your credit card info then don't provide the music. So I wanted to listen to my favorite gospel artist's album Lewis Hopeton's 'Lay Your HandS', upon google searching the title I get routed to their site seeing the full album and playlist. When I clicked on to listen it played a couple of songs for 30 seconds each and then displayed a message that said to listen in full I would need to be a member for one of their monthly subscription services but could try a trail first. Of course this required my credit card info, in which once I set up got routed to another page w/so called full accsess to thier music library. I re-entered my choice Hopeton Lewis only to get songs they suggested as close to the title as possible. In frustration I just searched and found another site where I was able to listen to it free. Meanwhile I had forgotten all about this bogus transaction. Today I get an email form my credit card company stating 'sorry your transaction for 4.99 for IHEART/NAPSTETR could not be charged due to insufficient funds. I then go on IHEART/NAPSTER'S website to cancel out the subscription w/absolutely no option to do so what so ever. When I clicked on contact us it states sorry we have no call option to resolve issues please go to the help page. I go there and find the question 'How do I cancel my I/N subscription which provides a link to web page to do, but then there is no option to cancel only to edit/upgrade subscription. This was Farce part two. I eventually had to just call my credit card company, explain to them what these crooks pulled, and just had a new card and card number reissued to me. What really sucks w/this company is that they are attached to iHeart Radio, in which I listen to free on occasion, and even has Amazon sign in as an option, which I buy from often. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THESE CROOKS, THEY ARE NOT LEGIT IN THEIR DEALINGS, INTEGRITY, OR THEIR ACTIONS!:(
iHeart/Napster, for almost a year now has been taking $9.99 from bank account. I don't know this company and never signed up with them. I kept trying to pull them up online and nothing showed for them. No website, or contact of any sort.
A couple of months ago I lost my bank card and have a new one sent. I thought well maybe with this being changed the charge would no longer appear on my bank account because I don't know who they are or to contact them so they can't get my new account info.
Unfortunately, there they are, IHEART/NAPS, still showing up on my bank statement and ripping me off for $9.99 a month. I'm going to try to get this stopped through my bank, but I'm not so confident I will get any help.
Please, be careful, upon reading the other report about this company, I found out that they are linked with i Heart Radio (of which I had a brief account with) and Amazon, which I occassionaly shop with, this is how they received my new info.
