The hearing aids they sent are awful very loud background sound They said if we didn't like them we would get our money back We have been calling no answer . We tried on messenger.They never get back Sick of them I want my money back so I can get a pair that works.

They say that these are hearing aids, but they are not..this is total Fraud on their part...They do not let you know that you only have 21 DAYS TO return for a refund, but advertise a 1 year can this be?

I received them on Jan 21st, and called to refund on March 13th and talked to SAnder and he said I could do nothing!!! How can they advertise these as hearing aids? I want my money of $372.00 back. Can you tell me how I can do make this happen. Thank you for your help...Rosa Bahr

They simply refuse to honor their guarantee of 45 days customer satisfaction, even though I am well within the time frame. I just noticed that this company appears on RIP Off Report several times for the same complaint. This company doesn't care.

After 2 weeks one of the hearing aids came apart when I pulled it out of my ear. They would not refund stating that it was damaged. It was damaged because it was junk.

Ordered Nano Hearing Aids online June 26,2022. Product did not work as advertised. Contacted company and told them I wanted to return and get my money back. Company sent me a return number RMA 24395154. Sent product back Priority mail and insured on August 8,2022. Company received product back according to USPS on August 10,2022. This was within the 45 day guarantee window. Company sent e-mail promising a quick refund. Several more e-mails to the company were answered always by a different person asking me to be patient. Recieved an e-mail stating my refund would be sent within 3-5 business days. I waited 2 weeks and still no refund. Sent another inquiry asking where my refund was. The answer was again be patient. Whaat a bunch of liars, they make promises they don't intend to keep. Do not do business with this company under any circumstances.

I was attempting to send a pair of Nano Hearing Aids for repair and somehow got the Coppell TX address to send them to.

The package arrived at 511 South Royal Lane Coppell, TX 75019 on August 19 at 3:17 pm and was signed for by "AAELX". In the package was enclosed a letter detailing my request for service. (See copy of letter below)

I have subsequently found that the item was inadvertently sent to the wrong address. To date, I have not had the courtesy of a response even though my return address was clearly shown on the letterhead.

I am concerned that a company that holds itself out as protecting consumers against "Ripoffs" would not have the courtesy to inform me that I had sent my item to the wrong address and offered to assist me in correcting my error.

Thank you for considering my issue. I anticipate a response that will help me recover my package.

I hope you can help me out. Last August I purchased your Nano Hearing Aids SKU Nono-RX2000-S. I was pleased with them as they greatly helped to improve my hearing.

As I was getting accustomed to using them, I tried to adjust the tube and earpiece on the device for the right ear. The tube came loose and no matter how often I tried to reinsert it, it would not stay attached. I ordered a replacement set of tubes only to find that it too would not stay in place in the device. Also, the set of tubes came with the smallest earpieces, and I have found that I need the largest.

I tried using just the left earpiece but that is just not satisfactory.

I’m returning the complete set to you in the hope that you can adjust or repair the right earpiece with a tube that will stay in place and also attach the large size earpiece.

Hopefully, you will be able to resolve my problem and I can once again return to using your product and my wife will stop nagging me about the need to use my hearing aids.

Have been trying for over four months to get my refund. Received hearing aids on October 7, 2020 and returned them (confirmed receipt) on November 15. After 64 days, well after the 45 days advertised with many "be patient" requests from their reps, I challenged the charge butthe charge was reapplied a month later. After sending them the chargeback form per their request, they now want 75 days just to process the form before starting the refund process all over again.

Should have investigated this scam of a company before spending $595. They have no intention of refunding my money. I have over 40 emails from them, all with the same lame excuses. Have registered complaints with the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General. Will continue to register complaints with anyone who will listen.

Last resort is Small Claims Court.

I ordered nano hearing aids in oct. 20, 2020. I couldn't hear with them. They made me want 45 days. Then I sent them back. Told me would refund money between 30=45 days.I have been texting or emailing them. They say wait, wait . They will not reimburse me.

Read reviews for nano on the scamion before you buy. They have yet to refund my money despite receiving my return.

They say “my name is on the list”. I will be suing this company and inviting other complainants into a class suit unless they credit my account in full immediately.

Though posted on their website's reviews page, i’m sure this review will be removed. Hopefully, it will stop any others from being suckered into this scheme.

i orderded unit and received it. 1 piece the volumn did not work, returned for a newer unit they had and when i received it i discovered they din not send me the charagable unit. Got correct unit but no sound or volume increase. does not charge. When asked to return to get my money back they said i could have it repaired or buy new unit. That i had used up my warranty

Returned hearing aids as described within 45 day return policy. Have not received any refund as of yet. Mailed March 30,2020. Customer service is very hard to get connection.

I ordered hearing aids online with company saying returns easy if I was not happy with them.

They told me it would take a month or so to process refund. This time has passed.

Despite repeated contacts via phone with customer service I never received a frefund Today I tried to call , was put on hold for 5 mins then told they could not take any more calls reight now .

I just purchase a pair from Nano Hearing Aids in February 2020; “February sale! Buy 1 nano sigma wireless hearing aid and get the second ear free! (full pair for only $797) plus get free protection plan + 6 months of free batteries + free shipping!". After reading the wonderful reviews on their website, which I am sure that they are all phony.

These hearing aids are useless the sound is terrible with too much echo and metallic sounds. When I did some research, I found the same ones on Alibaba’s website: - for $65 a pair!

I have purchased a set on 9/22/19 for $662.15. It was advertised that if it does not work for you, you can return it and we refund your money.

I have called you several time but you have not responded. About month ago your employee told me

“we will pay back your money in 3-5 business days”.

It never happened. Two weeks ago another employee told me:

“we will pay back your money in forty five [45] days”.

Are you willing to refund my $662.15? Or it was a false advertising.

Each time I inquire about the status of replacement, chargeable hearing aids, (as temporary battery operated pair was defective), I'm given a different response by different customer service agents assuring the replacement pair was forthcoming.

Just spoke with Robert, a supervisor, who's now walking back all previous colleage assurances to announce No replacement - No Refunds. Horrible Experience

I ordered my hearing aids from Nano on 8-29-2019. By 9-10-2019 I had contacted them to tell them I had to return them as they were too big for my ears though I had really tried to make them work. On 9-16-2019 they acknowledged my email & tried to sell me a much more expensive set at a "discount".

I declined and the return movie began. First I had to wait the 21 day trial period if I wanted the full refund and then I had to obtain a return authorization from them before I could send them back. I agreed to use their prepaid mailing label at a cost of $9.95 (to be diducted from my refund) I finally received the label and repackaged the product correctly and sent by USPS on 10-9-2019. I should add there have been many emails to this point.

Nano received the package on 10-11-2019. Their return policy statement clearly says 15 business days to process returns. I have emailed them several times & been totally ignored - unlike when I was buying. On 10-30-2019 I finally called their customer service number.

After 45 minutes on hold I was told that actual returns took 30 to 45 days! Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they were busy & they would not be able to call me back because they didn't do that. Turns out they were a call center in northwest Ohio! The company is in Coeur Dalene, Idaho & the warehouse is in Texas.

Can't believe the runaround! Looks like I will have to get my credit card company involved. Meanwhile I will have an anti Nano hearing aid campaign on Facebook where I found them. Terrible experience & I still can't hear!

The $249 charge to Citi Visa for the Nano Hearing aids was disputed back on August 25. Prior to that, I had asked many times for normal return label with no response. I have called their "refund specialist" number 855-338-1602 five or six times a day for two weeks without ever reaching anyone. Their recording says "No support agents are available to take your call. Please call back later."

Calling at all different times of day on different days gets that response every time. I have experienced poor customer service many times over the years, but nothing approaching as bad as this evasion technique.

They do answer the number for purchasing new hearing aids, but those people have failed to send a return label. Amusingly, their copious materials do not show a real address. I urge anyone not to make my mistake. Do NOT buy from Nano!

I purchased their Nano RX2000 hearing aids on July 11th 2019. They arrived quickly and I was glad to try them.

I tried them for more than their recommended period (21 days) but was very unhappy with them. They were very tinny i.e. too much treble, which you cannot adjust, also the right ear volume control was intermittent. I applied for a return label RMA but all I got was a list of instructions that had nothing to do with my complaints. After three more e-mails I received my RMA at a charge of $9.95, which I accepted. All of their e-mails clearly state that refunds will take 15 business days after receiving the return. They acknowledged my return on 8/23/2019.

Fifteen business days including Labor day expired on 9/15/2019 but no refund. Spoke to the company two times and each time another excuse. On the third call I am told it takes 30 days for a refund. That`s a lie as it is clearly stated 15 business days. So I reported this to my credit card company who filed a complaint. After 42 days I eventually got my credit but you have to fight hard as they are reluctant to accept your return or issue a refund. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I ordered Nano hearing aids which arrived in June I returned them 7/29 and Jake said they would honot the 100 day warrantyI spoke with Egbe who said they would replace them once received.

They got them back 8/01 and said replacements would go right out I called 8/09 and Jennie said for some reason they were not sent and to call back 8/16 as she would order reship

lost again in their warehouse I called 8/22 lost again told to call 8/30 to check I got them 8/27

I called 9/11 as I received another pair, that I did not order in the mail. I wanted to let them know that and also to request an RMA no to return replacement pair as they were not working I was told that I would get a refund once returned I called today 9/19 and am now told byLauren, that Nano is cracking down and will not issue a refund because 100 days is up. Refund is impossible!

Purchased a set of Nano hearing aids in March of 2019. Received 2 weeks later, these are total garbage! Sent email to start a return, was told if I want a full refund I had to wait a month. Put them back in the box and on the shelf for a month. Emailed again for RMA number no response, finally called and got an RMA number. I was told to send them an email with my tracking number which I did the day I sent them back, May 3rd, 2019, saying this will speed up my refund. Checked with USPS and learned they were received by Nano on May 6th, 2019.

I waited a week for my refund, then began emailing them and have received nothing but excuses as to why I’ve not been refunded. Their worst excuse was they were overwhelmed with returns! That alone is a red flag. What’s funny is I asked them why, but again received no intelligent answer. 3 phone calls and 6 emails later still no refund. I called again today May 16th, 2019 and was told it takes 3 weeks for the warehouse to OK a refund, then 3 more weeks for the actual refund to go through? Seriously?

Filed complaint with the BBB in AZ and sent a copy to Nano who stated my refund will be delayed even longer for filing a report against them! Say What?

These guys are serious scammers and word needs to get out and shut them down. I also filed a dispute with Discover who is also working on my behalf.

Theres a special place in Hell for these s.o.b.’s who take advantage of folks who truly need help hearing.

I ordered nano hearing them with j. 2 weeks one guit working .Called them that sent another pair. Bytime the second pair arrived I had decided I wanted to return they said it was to early to return .left them on the counter unopened .

Decided to give them another try charged them .they won't do anything.offered to send another pair .cont to say .to early to return waited till their return time .which was March 17 th2019.Started calling first of March cont to Call 3/4 times a week no answer.left messages to return call no return call.

Ever would be on hold for a hour at a time.Never got to speak to anyone to get a return number to return the hearing aides . Then last week my husband mentioned he had a email from them.biw they are saying I wited to long to return they .will t return my money.

Order a sat if hearing them within 2 weeks one quit.i wanted to return them they sent me another set.tgey laid on my counter decided to try them again.Charged them put them in my ears .nothing waited awhile tried them again.still nothing .Called early in the week spent a hour on hold never spoke to anyone left a message no one called. I purchased hearing aids from Nano on 11/27 for a discounted rate of $627.30. I ordered digital and the ones they sent me were not digital. After 2 days one of the aids stopped working and I tried everything in the manual to get them to work.

I then called Nano every day for the next 5 days and waited on the phone for at least 1 hour each day without reaching anyone. I even called after hours so I could leave a voice message.

I returned the aids with a letter explaining that I didn't want to do business with a company that has no customer service. I still have not heard from Nano. I am about to contact the Fraud Division of Chase Bank where I charged the aids.
