Nami is cryptocurrency wallet available only as a web browser extension. It has no contact information. No physical address. No customer service. No tech support. It seems like a company called Berry is operating the extension platform. They also don't have all of the above. What they do have is Twitter of which I am not involved with anymore and I don't have a say in that regard.
They're other platform is Telegram. They show a pinned message that supposedly shows the moderators, but they don't respond. In fact, no one really responds. The chat on Telegram is essentially dead. I had joined the group a couple of weeks ago hoping to resolve my issue. After about 10 days, There were no posts after mine.
was contacted via DM(direct message) and they were clearly scammers so I exited the server. After a few days ,today, I re-entered the server and posted for tech support. I got a DM from "BERRYPOOL". I had briefly forgotten about that DMs should be avoided. I spoke with the person who eventually directed me to a website. I won't list it bc it's a scam website.
The website makes you can view all your cryptocurrency wallets on one platform. I clicked on Nami and it asked me for my wallet seed phrase. I know for a fact, that you only use that when moving your access to a new device, ie:new phone, tablet, or computer. I took screenshots of the conversation and then asked in chat "who is Berrypool, and is this tech support" I just just got a response from moderator xanpinha asking me to tag the scammer.
I Do Not trust these two with my money. I must say that with all this "talent" writing code for what we know as cryptocurrency blockchain, they can't or won't write into the blockchain, a safety mechanism that would prompt you or even stop you from sending cryptocurrency on the wrong chain,or wallet. Where are these "lost" tokens going?
