N.E.W. Plumbing in Warsaw Indiana was asked to fix hot water heater at lake cottage. After 2 visits and 451.00 bill we still do not have hot water. We offered to pay 300 of the bill now if they would come back and finish the job , and pay the balance upon completion.
They refused to pursue until total bill was payed, we still have no hot water and are being threatened of a law suit if total bill is not paid immediately. We feel it was a big mistake getting involved with this company and that others should know about it. we are no better oiff now than we were before we contacted this company !!!!
