This company is a scam My VIP Vacations ripped me off for $397.00. I cannot get any one that answers my calls to cooperate with me on booking a trip I'm giving all kinds of excuses on what's going on with the process. I have asked for my money back several times and have not received any of it back. The customer service is the worst the lady is very rude. This business need to be closed down they have no reason to be able to take people's hard earned money and we get nothing out the deal we were promised. I want my money back every penny of it.
Myvipvacations is real it is not a scam. But you have to listen clearly to what they are telling you because if it sound too good to be true it is too good to be true. What happens when you buy the $399 package you are only able to use it after you pay for your own way to Las Vegas or wherever you gotta go round trip tickets airfare, on top of the vacation package on top of the $399. Meaning you paying for your whole entire trip and the only thing you are getting is all the food and show vouchers for the shows. Which really you pay for when you initially bought the $399 live package. They will not fly you back home. The voucher you get can only be used when you take your second vacation and that's $1,000 flight voucher so you may be able to go round trip depending on your flight destination . Then the hotel voucher you'll be able to use that in conjunction with the voucher for the flight. But you still have to pay all the taxes on the Airline and other fees when you take your second trip and you also have to pay the fees for the hotel for you staying there which is probably about $20 a night incidental. Basically you're going to be out of more money than you would be out of if you went and book your own vacation. The only benefit you receive is the food voucher and the show vouchers. I spoke with the lady for 2 days and I was about to buy in but I asked a whole lot of questions and they were honest but you have to listen to the words that are used otherwise you will get caught and spend more money than you have to on a trip. One thing that I did not like is that when I turned her down after finding out that I have to pay for my own round trip tickets to Las Vegas or whatever destination that they offering and then have to sit through an hour and a half seminar I realize I would have paid for the whole trip so I decided not to buy their promotional package, then I heard her in the background get very upset. So with a attitude like that I will not be using myvipvacations.com as my travel agency. This place is located in Branson Missouri that's their corporate office. I hope this helps someone to not be disappointed and getting trapped for not listening or paying attention.
