I purchases two vape mods and batteries and never received them. When contacted they used the old "checks in the mail" excuse.

MyVaporStore.com is great when they get your orders right. In the past, I did not have any problems with their shipments. I placed a large order ($467) for some ecig components, juices, atomizers, and coils. However, they shipped it to the wrong address. Even though they knew they made a mistake, their police is that they will not provide a refund UNLESS THEY GET THEIR PRODUCTS BACK.

I was shocked. So, if they ship your items to the wrong address, they will only provide a refund to you if the incorrect addresee decides to ship the items back to them. They do not list a telephone number on their site, and they only communicate through email. But, the customer service representative will only provide a first name -- very suspicious.

After 4 weeks of haggling though email, I had to file a fraud claim with Visa. I got my money back after Visa determined that they defrauded me in the amount of $467, however, Visa's investigation took 3 months. That said, be ware of these fraudulent ecommerce sites, that do not provide contact information. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Buy your e cig components elsewhere. MyVaporStore.com is run by unethical people commiting fraud. If you don't know your rights, file a claim with your credit card or take them to small claims court. I had to fight to get my refund, you should too!!!

Tried this company this year because of all the rave reviews from people on the east coast. They sell electronic cigarette products and accessories. My first order's shipment was delayed about a week and a half in "processing" status after payment was given. I contacted customer service and she informed me they forgot to ship it. At least she was honest, everybody gets one redo in my book. Now, I figured I'd give them another shot because their online store has a great selection. This one got shipped out in a reasonable amount of time. When I opened the package, only one of the two products I paid for was inside. I checked to see if the packing slip showed a backorder situation, no; it clearly indicated both items were paid for and shipped. Bottom line, if I wouldn't have said anything to the company I guarantee nothing would've been done. I'm still waiting on a reply for the latest screw up. So my conclusion is this company doesn't double check anything when it comes to packaging and shipping. Either that or the people who ship packages are ESL and can't help it. I will try to find a better store online who is a little more customer service based.
