I have contacted this company multiple times using their "contact us". Not once have I heard back from them. If my profile will not update, which only tells me I did not put valid information in the appropriate areas that I darn well did ( that information has not changed since I signed up, I was only trying to change my phone number) and they do not answer any of my other queries, then how can I be sure this company is legitimate?
This is a company that conducts surveys, in return for points that can be redeemed. I was a satisfied member for many years, even recommended it to friends. Although I was constantly active, I suddenly could not log in, with a notice that NY account was inactive. This happened on a day that I had completed a survey. Repeated attempts to get this rectified by filling out the help screen have not been responded to. I have over 24000 points. The website looks as if it's still active and soliciting new members. I know I did nothing to deactivate my account. I would suggest that no one join until this situation affecting current members is resolved.
This was a Rip Off! I registered with My Survey.com in hopes of making some money working at home. I had accumulated about 6000 points. All of a sudden my account is showing Inactive and I can't sign in to redeem my points.
I've tryed calling someone, and was told that she couldn't help me and to call another place. I called there and the phone just rang.
I am so disappointed! How can people do that to other people I guess my time doesn't mean anything. I'm physically challanged and feel really violated and used. This is a scam and I advised anyone lookng to work from home not to use My Survey.com. Theyare a rip off and a scam.
I've been using Mysurvey.com for a long time with no issue. I logged in yesteday, used the site with no problem. Today, my account is labeled as inactive! I can't get any inormation on what happened!
I have an account with carol adams my survey I did a beverage study back in september for thirteen days straight and entered info several times a day I noticed that it wasn't recording so I called them many times and they said as long as it says it recorded at the end of each entry it would b fine they said they were having trouble with there computers again I entered info everyday for thirteen days several times a day still haven't got my reward $35 visa prepaid card I have left more then several msged they used to answer and say they were taking my problem to there project team they had said this many times now there not answering me at all again I have sent them several mseges including I would like the email of there corparate office they did reply to that they said stop sending so many mseges we've upped ur problem to our project team and they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours again nothing I feel I did my part why can't they do theres.
