I saw an online add for a free credit score and answered it. I was then charged a $1.00 fee on my credit card, but did not give me my credit score. Then they charged me $24.95 for nothing. They did not even give me my score later on.

Well I was the idiot that fell for it. So I gave them my information of my bank account for a deal that I did over the internet for more coins on a app I play on my phone. It told me i could cancel in less than 7 days. So I called and cancelled. But the next month they still took money out of my account. So my bank gave me an alert to call them. So I did and so i tried to call them and they led me to this web site. So I hope this does something to stop this from happening again.

I want the company to refund my money and I also want them to be suit for making me miss my payment because the wasn't enough in my account due to the unauthorized withdrawal they did in my bank. Also for wasting my time. So they won't do that to other citizens.

These people were suppose to cancel 7 day free trial, they did not because nobody ever answers the frigging phone number. a machine with a british accent explains they are not able to process due to the call load please call back at such and such a time. guess what? you call back then - still nothing but a british accented woman saying they are currently closed.

They are also charging my AMEX every month and theres been nothing i could do except cancel my card and get a new number.

The charges show as a defaulted payment that i cannot remove from my credit score. Do not fall for this companies lists of positive reviews as they are not made by customers , but employees. Big pain in the tookus if you sign up for the "free" seven days.

I still have yet to see any of those bogus transactions repaid or to get an answer from anyone , oh, yes, except that b**** with a british accent. beware run rabbit run!

I was fortunate in that they charged my PayPal Debit Card account because PayPal found everyone of their charges they made and retroactively put all of those charges back into my account no questions asked! And PayPal is sending me a new Debit card so they wont be able to sneak in any more charges on me!

I went to do a balance inquiry on my account and notice this company was charging my account 29.95 a month since 4/2015. I called the number provided by my Bank and the company said they are a identy protection company. They have refunded my account 3 mounth still leaving 2 months owed.

I never signed up for this service and I would like the other two months of 29.95 that they stole from my account back.

As in the other complaints I have NOW seen, the company AUTOMATICALLY debits your account for $29.95 per month!

I called their customer service line and I am 'told', that I will get a refund...but the whole thing is misleading as to a 'free refundable $1.00 charge.

At the TOP of the application...it should clearly state , in large letters, that you have 7 days to CALL THEM to cancel.

This and the other 'free credit score' companies must make a LOT of money holding on to $30.00 for 2 weeks or so...interest for their company account, y'know.

I am waiting to see if my acount is credited, but as usual, the company immediately takes your money...but it takes them around 3-5 days to refund it...more interest for their account.

When I signed on for this service I was promised all bureau reports, active monitoring, and active intervention on disputes...only one of these ever came to fruition..the bureau monitoring. I maverick several calls to this "offshore" company that basically yielded false timelines (usually 24 hours)promising my access to all bureaus would be granted. ..they even had the Gaul to actually promise a free month as a courtesy. .this NEVER happened. The best part was how they always stated they were noting the account. ..this was proven to be an out and out lie. Bottom line I'd never recommend their services. ..apparently they also perform "credit repair "...honestly based on their incompetence with just providing Bureau information. .I seriously doubt they should even advertise their services. ...honestly they are THE perfect example why outsourcing is a horrible idea...in closing. .all I would suggest is STAY AWAY FROM MYSCORE.COM THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CHARLATANS. .

I tried canceling my membership with Myscore. I called them, they asked a couple of ID questions, was put in hold, then.....nothing. They extracted a payment from my bank account a few days after this. I tried calling & canceling again.....same thing occurred. I tried finding an email address on their website but there was none. Today (7/28/2015), I received an email from them asking - of all things - to rate their customer service. There was an email address, so I emailed them back asking to cancel my membership. The email was sent back as "undeliverable". I tried replying directly to the received email. Again, it was sent back as "undeliverable". So; in the meantime, I have notified my bank to stop payment from Myscore frim using both my bank accoynt and Debit card. These people stink.
