I got a visa gift card and it expired. I was instructed to contact them to have a new card reissued but there is no way to get a real person on their customer service number. The automated choices does not offer a chance for you to reissued your card. Scammers. I'm warning all companies to not ever use these types of services for their employees.

Received a $75 reward card from my health plan. As there are limited things for which I may use the card, I had a balance on it when the card expired. I called MyCardCenter and was told that they would deduct $15. from the balance and issue me a new card that would arrive in 6-8 weeks. Needless to say, no card has ever arrived. Since the old one has expired, there's no account to log onto.
Was saving for a future purchase. Was working on earning a second card and was almost there - missed expiration date by one day - they would not budge. Credit at my employer does not expire but once you convert to one of these cards, the clock begins ticking. They took my $100.00 and gave me the "too bad, so sad" response. I did indeed miss the date by ONE DAY - Charge me a fee or something but don't just confiscate the entire amount. What a scam. It took a lot of hard work to earn this bonus and they have simply confiscated it. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This money I EARNED would have helped me :( I'm sure they hope most people do this so they can keep their money. I am aggressively spreading the word among my coworkers.
Received a VISA debit card for a $25 rebate from Sentinel Brand Products and was told to activate the card at MyPrepaidCenter.com. Tried numerous times to activate card and never succeeded! I will notify Sentinel, VISA and Poplar Tent Animal Hospital.
I received a $50 visa card from my place of business.... i received my visa card about 3 weeks later and found out i had to create a profile?, which i did, but the problem is they never activate the card...i phoned the the number for customer service and of course their is always a prerecord msg. they never tell you your card is activated or how to do it.... i'm stuck with a worthless visa card and the myprepaidcenter.com kept the money deposited by my company.. do not accept cards issued from this company Blackhawk holdings Network
Prepaidcenter.com - visa- this company has taken $38 from a $50 gift card for "maintanence fees"-- they have no address on internet except California which is somewhat of a tip off right there-- you can't reach them. They have moved their operation s to the Phillippeans - have you even attempted to discuss a problem with them- and while they invite you to stay on the line for their survey-- guess what-- you can't- they do not care what you think, they are just taking your money and pocketing it. I think they are in violation of Federal Regs 205.20 but fighting the Philippeans is like fighting smoke- their "customer Service" agents just overtalk you and the faster they talk the less understandable they become--- I am going to forward my complaint to the State of California but I figure it is useless.
