Placed my order with MyPix2.com in March of 2016. After a month or so, I chatted online with them to inquire about the hold-up. That was the start of being told "productions delays." In June I realized something was wrong, so I kept up with contacting them every two weeks, just to annoy them.
Communication by chat had disappeared from their Web page. I could only e-mail, probably because I wouldn't stop with the communication! Was told via e-mail that I would get a refund.

In May 2016 I ordered a canvas online from Mypix2.com, it's now December and I have not received my canvas. People just email and say it's in production, I feel they are never going to send my canvas. I asked for a refund but mypix2 says there is no refund on vouchers. This company, Mypix2 are scammers. Please don't order from them.
I too ordere a groupon and then a canvas print from MyPix2. Mine was ordered June 22nd hoever, and I still do not have the print. I "chat" with them often to no avail. I don't believe it's ever coming but they say it is. I will never do business with this company again. They have no person that you can talk to, just canned answers that come from "chat" people. I see their ads selling more products on line all the time. I don't understand how they can stay in business if they never deliver their products. Please do not fall under the same trap I did. Just a warning. When I ask for a refund, they say I can just get a voucher for a future order. That's ridiculous.
This company had a Groupon for canvases from prints. I placed my order in August 2016, here it is Dec 7th, 2016. All they can say is that they are overwhelmed with orders and it is in processing. Over three months is way too long for processing. You can only talk via chat. I have emailed several times various months only to get the same answer. I wonder how many people actually got ripped off my this company.
