MyOnlineFitnessCenter Reviews
So, My Online Fitness Center enrolled me in a coaching program with my FREE equipment. Obviously, the shipping and handling charges would roughly triple or quadruple the cost of their items. At any rate, one must have Facebook to participate in the unnecessary coaching program. I informed them immediately that I did not have a manner to even participate in their program.
Incidentally, the way I discovered their fraud is that they had three charges within one month. They now send me. Copies of things that did not read their heads during the FREE purchase. So, my credit union disputed the charges, but the entity is not forthcoming. I spent some time conversing with their utterly contemptible customer service individual.
They do not handle disputes, saying you must go through your bank. No way I lose this in court. I will pursue all they took, including all of my time trying to call them on their fraud. One need only search them online to discover they defraud people for a thousand plus dollars on their FREE itsms.
This type of nefarious practice should be dealt with and they should no longer be permitted to do business. It is all about taking advantage of people. I get informed after there is no time to pursue anything. They clearly think people will simply give up, but this goes against everything I have ever done in commerce.
They should simply have refunded me their ill-gotten gains. They need to be exposed, as they clearly make stuff easy to see once they have taken your money. No response to my initial declination of service, moving forward with a program I would never agree to.
Total Scam
Ordered their fitness tracker three pack on 10/27/2019 and have never received shipping confirmation or merchandise. Have gotten several emails from "Joe" wanting info for personal training program, but have not responded to those. If you do respond, they will auto-sign you for a monthly charge of $67.00 for fitness training.
Do not fall for their lies. Websearch shows no hard address for them. The address on their emails is 62 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA. This is a row house complex comprising at least 9 apartments.
Received an email from an online health site I did do business with promoting this Heart Strong fitness tracker for free (minus S&H). It is merely a lure to get you to sign up for a free trial in thier Advanced Training program in the fine print, whereas after the 14 days you get auto-billed for $67 a month! My Discover card thankfully caught in 3 months in as potential fraud thank goodness as I hadn't gone through a few months of statements.
At no point do you get any form of login credentials or welcome emails telling you all the great resources available on this myonlinefitnesscenter.com site, and when I went into login for yucks, I put the email in that I used to order the tracker and said "forgot password" it said my email didn't exist.
I suspect there probably isn't any content even populated on the site if you could get in. I was almost going to ask customer support to help me login just to check but I was one day away from another auto-bill so just cancelled. Would only refund me for 2 of the 4 months I already paid for this scam "service". I did receive the fitness tracker so that is the only thing I can say positive.
