To all that need to know. I am Kristen and one of the 100s if not 1000s of customers who were ripped off by getmymoods.com. What was I thinking? I placed an order months ago, paid $200 of my hard earned money only to be given fake tracking, useless emails and customer service reps who lie. All I want is my money back and I was cursed at for asking.
I’ve wasted more than 5 hours of my life with this SCAM company. Avoid this place like someone with Covid. If you wanna get ripped off and lied to, this is the place. If you are unaware, there are hundreds of negative posts about them. Don’t buy from them. Hopefully they will be shut down soon and put in jail!!!
I have purchased products from getmymoods.com and TryMoods.com and they never shipped. I see on Facebook and Instagram that there are literally 100s of complaints going back to last spring. These guys are complete scam artists. Everyone receives fake tracking numbers that don’t exist. When u call they tell you no refunds you can only get a percentage off another product you order from their scam site. Wait you rip me off once and now you want to do it again? They also go under the name Duexa and I’ve received emails from Derek Boduch. When I did some digging they were tied to a company called EJam Who has 500 complaints on FB against them too.
GianCarlo Maniaci and Paul Kraus are listed here. Duexa is listed to John Hui -( Lap Shun Hui )who was owner of EMachines. Fake name of course, What is this guy doing with these scammers. Don’t believe me look yourself. I’ve also seen reports of 12 year olds buying the product. I’m told the state Atty General is looking into them!!!! GianCarlo Maniaci, Paul Kraus, John Hui, Derek Boduch SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME AND HUNDREDS OF OTHERS. YOU BELONG IN JAIL.
