We made several of these investments and ,at first, they went well. The we discovered that she was writing the loan document as though the borrower was borrowing $5,000, for example, but entering $10,000 on the document that was given us. In effect, keeping $5000. for herself and using the borrowers deed of trust as collateral. This worked well until we discovered that the DOT was NOT a first position and that the borrower was receiving only half of the amountwe loaned.
This is only one example of the fraud that MyLynn used. We were very naive as she is a master of lies and prevarications. Be VERY CAREFUL of ANY dealings you may have with this person.
