Fraud

I like others went for the Free trial. When I was running out of pills I was looking at my credit card statement and saw the 69.99 charge that I did not agree to. I then went on line to there site and found the ad. On the very bottom in very pale grey so pale you could hardly see it it said you agreed to the 69.99 to be paid monthly when you singed up for free 30 day trial. I contacted them and told them they were frauds. I then went round and round with supervisor and they agreed to refund the money . That was in Nov. and I am still waiting . I keep calling and every time I get a new excuse. I won't give up calling till I get results. I can be just as nasty as they can. After all it was my money the stole. Lesson learned no more free trials for me.

Products dont work

I got the Pure Forskolin and the Garcinia Camogia on a free trial as long as I pay for the cost of shipping so I did. I got a call from the company as soon as I pushed ok. And they were trying to charge me again and I argued with them and said the money came out of my account I am looking at it right now. and she said well let me look again, she looked and said yep it did your all good then I asked her when do I need to call and cancel if these don't work and she told me with in 18 days. One they didn't work at all I gained 5 pounds and so I called on the 14th day to cancel and they said ok we will cancel but you have 2 options you can send the pills back at your cost of shipping plus 12.49 a bottle for restock fees ( didn't know you could restock pills but ok) or I had to pay 39.99 for the rest of the pills I have I am like ok this is messed up it was a free trail. Yeah right I would not recommend getting this product its bull donkey.

MYLYFE SUPPLEMENTS are a complete ripoff with fraudulent product to boot.

I ordered a free trail for cost of postage and received two different bottles of diet supplements one of which I didn't know anything about or order. I checked my credit card and they charged shipping twice and they came is same package. I was kinda ok with this but thought it was strange that they would charge it twice and from different companies.

After I hit the purchase button and no reciept come up with what I bought or any information I thought I had been had. Then when I checked my credit card charges later they had charged me 69.99 for one and 79.99 for the other. So I emailed their customer service and they never did email me back. I then disputed the charges with my credit card company.

So after I disputed it they call me up and was very aggresive with me asking why I disputed the charges and why I didn't call them and that if I didn't call the credit card company and cancel the dispute charges that they wouldn't give me a credit back at all. They went on and on. I was trying to find out more information and talk to them and they would keep interrupting me and talking over me. I asked to speak to supervisor after talking with this one person for 17 minutes. Then she put me on hold. I spoke to another person - not a supervisor and she was worse making me more and more upset with each one. I told both of them what poor customer service they were and they should be ashamed of how they were talking. Again I asked for a supervisor after talking to this one and she put me on hold. After 10 minutes on hold I hung up. I just felt like I had been bullied by really bad customer service. I had asked for an address to return their product and they would not give that to me either until I cancelled the dispute. I did not cancel dispute. I don't need to talk to bullies that don't listen to the consumer and act civilly.

They said I agreed to a 14 day trial - I disagree with this statement. It didn't say that anywhere. Then when you go to their website you can not get anything but infomration. No costs no nothing.

Telling me I was confused and that I would still have to pay for it unless I cancelled the dispute with my credit card company. They went on and on interrupting me and wouldn't let me talk. I asked to speak to supervisor and was put on hold then when someone came on which was not a supervisor she went on with the same thing about their policy and that I had to cancel dispute. Said that after I cancel the dispute that they would work with me to get me an RMA to send the product back and that they wouldn't be able to refund all of my money. I asked for another supervisor and they just put me on hold and after 15 minutes of being on hold I just hung up and reported this to my credit card company. If this is what they call customer service I would hate to come across their sales people. People like this NEED to be STOPPED. There is no excuse for this type of customer service or treatment to anyone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! IT IS A FRAUD AND A RIP OFF. There was no disclosures or a receipt after you submitted for payment. PLEASE-THEY ARE FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM MYLYFE SUPPLEMENTS! Florida

I signed up for a supplement program that was suppose to be free for 30 days provided I paid the shipping, which I did. The product never was receieved at my location. I was thinking maybe it took 2-4 weeks for shipping like a lot of internet programs.

Today when I looked in my checking account I was charged $150 by two different companies with two different accounts. When I called both numbers it turns out to be the same company Mylyfesupplements.

On my first call I was on hold for over 20 minutes when I finally slected the opion for a call back. I did receive a call back but it was 3.5 hours later. This should be your first clue when dealing with a fraud company when it takes them 3.5 hours to respond to a issue. I am sure my case is the typical opration for this company.

On my call back I was explained I only had 14 days from the date of shipment to call and cancel the program. I didnt see that anywhere on the website. 3 supervisors later the lady said she would do me a favor for my screw up and refund 50% of my purchase price.

This is not a honest company. I will be filing a fraud complaint with my bank and also the Federal Trade Commission.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ONLY WANT TO RIP YOU OFF.
