Rip off do not use this company ever
I utilized myllc.com to complete the the formation of a small llc
Everything went fine, until i had to change my registered rep.
It file papers months before the 99.00 fee was due.
I cc'd them on the filings time and time again as the state rejected paperwork.
Finally i completed the paperwork and then my llc charge me.
I had the credit card company reverse the fee after proviving the registered rep was changed.
My llc then send the account to a collection agency.
I amy filing a complaint.
