On April 12, 2017 I ordered a Tampa Bay Bucs Specialty plate from this company. I was told that the Personalized Specialty plates will take 70 days; however if my decal was to expire prior to the specialty plate being received that I would receive a decal seperately and before it expires. I paid this company $183.00 and today is May 1st- my decal expired on April 30th. It is now expired. I have tried calling this company and it goes directly to voicemail and the voicemail is full. They will NOT respond to emails that I have sent. I checked the Florida DMV site and it shows that they never applied for a license plate or decal- so basically I am having to pay for my new decal again! I would like everyone to know about this site and their scam as when you "google" Florida Specialty Plates they are the 2nd name that appears and seems to be very legit but that is not the case.

Having the same issue as everyone else— 2 month wait, no response to phone or email, no plate!
Major scam!!
We ordered our "Endless Summer" automotive tag on March, 192017, and
paid $163.99 to My Florida Speciatity Plate company, but it never arrived.
We have attempted to contact this company by phone, by email and
though their webisite for over one (1) week with no reponse.
My tag expires on May 23, so I will have to go to the tag office
and purchase my tag because time is running out.
