I typed in dmv.pa.gov to renew my car registration and some how was directed to this site. I assumed the DMV changed their website and continued with what I thought was a registration. Turns out it wasn't....it was a guide that I just purchased for $19.99 with a $3.99 processing fee.
When I realized this I called the company. I cancelled but they won't refund the $3.99 processing fee. This compnay is discpetive and the DMV shouldn't allow this to happen when you go to their site.
I will be calling the Pa General Attorneys office as well as the DMV. The first call will be to my bank to make sure this payment doesn't go through. This is a scam.

This company poses as the DMV to renew your car registration. After they take your money they email ypu telling you that you purchased downloadable information on how to get your car registered. It's a complete scam!
Tried to renew my motor vehicle registration. Seems to be dmv site takes you through site and it is hard to return to any previous pages to view while on this site you give information and the site just ends it is apparently a site that sells you information on how to register your vehicle for first charge so far of 2.99 then charge of 19.99 so far. it is very confusing and seems to be on dmv site but it is not... i am guessing you get info via email address.
