Did not ship the merchandise on the same day as promised, they won't provide any updates on the order on their website, won't reply to email. Online Chat link non-functional. Even their 800 number was not working.
Online search revealed https://repdigger.com/reviews/mybrushheads-com which shows multiple customers complaining that its a scam and they either don't ship or sell fake items. I had to email them a warning to cancel my order for a full refund which they did since I threatened a charge dispute. They told me not to order from them again.
