Mybookie.ag confiscated my account on FALSE claims. Quick summary about my bad experience with mybookie.ag and then details below:

Summary:

I lost around $9,000 USD in deposits at my mybookie.ag over a 4 month period before I won 3 all-in bets for a total of $6,300 ($4,300 still in my frozen account) in wins during the Nationals vs Astros world series they FROZE my account and made FALSE claims ; I made total of $9000 in deposits before winning on the world series. Below is a detailed event log of what happened.

This is a list of the things that mybookie.ag accuses me for the fraudulent reasons for canceling my account and confiscating my funds. Does my bookie have an credibility? It appears not.

1. Use of VPN to 'hide my activities?'

2. Fake Passport!!!???

3. Use of VPN to hide my activities--I was traveling and needed a VPN to log into my accounts in the united states. Some days I would log into mybookie.ag account with a VPN and some days I would not be connected to a vpn. I logged into my account both with/without a vpn. When I was accessing my accounts in the USA from abroad I needed a vpn and I was using mybookie.ag at the same time while working in the USA.

4. Fake Passport**???**-After the winning 3 all-in bets on the world series mybookie emailed me to verify my account due to 'suspicious' activities. I sent my USA passport and a bank account statement. They asked for a telephone call and when I called them they said they needed a picture of me holding my passport at a known USA location and while holding a local newspaper???

which is a ridiculous request but I agreed anyway. Then they accused that my passport was fake (really?). I suggested multiple ways they could verify my passport but the female kept interrupting me and didn't allow me to defend myself.

Do not use this website. 1 out of 3 customer support reps actually care to help. On 5/9 I decided to bet 1k on multiple hands. Delaer gets a 17 I hit an 18 which means I win. I looked at my balance and it didn't change. I hit up support, their famous response "log out and log back in" I did this multiple times. I filed a report that Thursday. I called daily to check in and ended up filing 5 more reports.

I get a call on 5/16 telling me they had a system glitch. However the glitch was for the players. Meaning I won "hands I did'nt play" whish was completely wrong. I told Lou on multiple occasions my 1k did not appear. He told me I won that night because of the systema errors. On multiple occasions I had won, and I asked if it was the "system error" he said no.

I asked again to please credit the 1 I won and he told me he would not credit it because multiple hands had won due to their error. All I saw was I kept winning and others were loosing. I had a good run. Then I lost it all. I asked for my 1k again and he gave me the same excuse. This isnt the only time it's happened. I've doubled multiple times and it stays or just hits sometimes. It's stayed on 8 or 9 and I get upset and ask why that happened, their repsonse "log out and log back I've won multiple rummies and pairs and didn't get paid out.

I complained and Lou is a very mean, arrogant person. Out of the thousands of dollars they owe me, he sent me a $25 credit and said that should make it better. I makes me sick that they allow this to happen. Also, they sent me in circles. Live casino is seperate so they each point fingers at eachother. I've vowed to post this on every blog and site so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. they're a scam. One other thing. I won 13k and asked for a payout. they delayed it 5 business days, then said I can only ask for 5k.

I asked for 5k, 5 days laater they change it to 2k because it had casino winnings. I had won 35k and ended up losing it because they wouldn't let me add funds while it was poendinfg so they set you up to fail. Stay clear from this site. Te reps don't care and the live casino is terrible. Do not use this website!!!!!! Scammers at its finest here.

If you are reading this, let me begin by informing you that fully 90% of the Sportsbook Review hits you will get on google are cleverly crafted shill advertizing sites paid for by the online casinos and the so called 'Honest Reviews' are writers who get paid for number of hits and click throughs that direct traffic to the sites. Its easy to spot the fakes. They will be...

A) littered with buttons to visit the site thats being glowingly reviewed.

B) Getting rave reviews intersparced with very mild critisims on minor matters to convince you 'oh, he's critical of the sites fonts being to big so he must be a real reviewer'. and

C) Most importantly WILL NOT have a section where real people can post comments on their experiences with the website under 'review'

My MyBookie Payout complaint...

On Sept 30, 2017 I requested my MyBookie $400 balance to be payed out via bitcoin.

Auto response email 'Please send a copy of your drivers license and credit card before we can process your request". No big deal, i make a quick scan to a pdf of the requested documents and submit them via email. Three days go by and i hear nothing. Go to their site and submit another request for payout. Auto response 'Please allow 24 hours to process your request' So (following instructions) once a day i request and once a day i am told to allow 24 hours. I send in direct emails asking for an update... nothing. Weeks go by with no response to several mails and repeated failed attempts to request the money via website. I finally call customer service, friendly rep examines the record 'Well i'm not sure what happened but I will get this processed' Cool.

Wait two days and no bitcoins show up. I log on to the site and this time instead of $400 my balance shows 0...hmmm, progress? maybe funds withdrawn and being sent? Wait another day nothing. I call again, another rep 'Not sure what happened but my supervisor says they are transferring it and it should show up in 15 min. I wait a day and nothing. It is now Oct 21(3 weeks in). Till now i've been patient as its only a $400 payout. I call again and calmly try to explain whats going on to the rep. Im put on hold for 15 min and suddenly cut off. I call again and once again make my case to a different rep, put on hold and the rep comes back...'OK sir, please refresh your page and you should see your $400 balance now visible. Refresh and the 400 is back. WTF!? "Sir i'm requesting a payout not depositing." 'Ah then you can just follow the payout process on the website' WHAT!?, i'm back where i started 3 weeks ago? So I ask him how long it will take. 'Well sir, it takes 3 business days to review a request for a payout, as its Saturday you should expect it around Wednesday.'

No, apology for inconvenience, no explanation of why a simple bitcoin deposit has stymied them so.

No doubt come Wednesday (5 days away) I again will have to go through this runaround.

Im pissed now. For a business who's business is money they seem to do a piss poor job of managing it.

Derek Phelps MyBookie.ag Account ending in 8872

Update : 10/23 On my last mail I told them that if there is some problem processing bitcoins they could just issue a credit to the credit card that i made the initial deposit with if it would expedite things. Got a quick response that they have decided to refund the $400 to my credit card but be patient, that in some cases it takes up to 22 days to process. I immediately respond back STOP! go ahead and proceed with the bitcoin transfer as that way i at least have a confirmation that the $ was sent. They come right back with 'Oh, Sorry, the refund was just issued and we cannot reverse it now.' (uh...bullsh*. I have had several credit card merchant accounts and you have full control of refunds provided they havent processed through settlement to the customers account) I get no transaction number, no case id, no tracking, etc. I've been down this road before with vendors waiting out the clock to prevent chargebacks. I have thrown up my hands and just now reversed the charge with my Citi card while i still could.

I put the intro at the top because rather then do my due diligence on an offshore site im going to send money to with no recourse if they screw you, i just took a glance at a few fake review sites and said 'Wow what a great site'. Only now after doing the research do i find the few 'real sites' whos user experiences mirror my own. (note: even the real sites who allow user comments will have lots of shill comments intermixed with real users comments. You can spot them as they all sound errily simaler in their glowing praise.

Here's a quick rundown of my experience with this company:

Deposit funds for Superbowl game.

Win Superbowl bet.

Request payout in full from company.

Company asks for Photo ID, credit card scans, back account screenshot and says they will send money within 72 hours. I send this information and receive confirmation that I will be paid full amount.

Login in 5 days later to discover winnings are back into my account even though it was set to $0.00 after request.

Customer service rep claims that they refunded the deposit and I can win big with the remainder in my account. No noticed was given to me about this change.

Obviously this company is trying to re-coup its losses by refusing to payout actual winnings. They never used any of the highly confidential information that I sent and now I have to request a new credit card and bank account number. Very unfair considering that if I lost they would take the full amount without hesitation.
