I ordered a freen trial of their cannibis oil for the shipping fee of $4.99. Nothing in the order form said anything about a 14 day trial period, after which I would be charged $97.99. After having my bank card declined at a store, I checked my bank statement and saw the charge for $97.99. I called the number my bank gave me and asked to have my money refunded, as I did not approve any order.
It was then they told me about the 14 day trial limit and that it was part of the order form. I went back to the web page I ordered from as I was talking to them. There was nothing on the page about 14 days. I then told them I wanted my money back and did not want any more of their product. They would not refund my money, and, in fact, wanted to give me a discount on my next order. At this point my temper was a little bit out of control, and I told them they weren't listening, that I wanted no more of their product.
I then cancelled my bank card so not further money could be removed from account. I have since recieved two mor bottles of the Med Pure oil. Today I get 4 e-mails informing me that I need to go to a certain website, CancelWizard, to cancel my subscription. This service was going to cost me $35. Another rip-off.
