I will try make this very short. I first got introduced to Mysportsnutrion and David S. (also known as Dave Supringer) through Voxnutriton (this is the sister company of Mysportsnutrion). After a few phone calls and emails between David and my team, we thought they would be a great fit for our manufacturing/private labeling needs. Sadly after placing an order for four samples and only receiving three with only one label that was printed horribly, we called them mutiple times to ask about the fourth sample. They (or I should say his assistant Katelyn W.) assured us that by the following week we will receive the fourth bottle because it wasn't in stock (David didn't tell us that at the time of placing the order over the phone) and they would have to print a label before sending it out (this is funny because we received three samples and only one of them had a label).
We then called them the following week after not receiving the fourth sample, Katelyn told us that the factory had a problem with the order (we wouldn't have known this lie, if we didn't reach out to them) and they are waiting to print labels (why is printing a label so important now???).
We then decided to let her know that we do not want the label because we already received a few samples without it (we were going to use the labels that they have online as a reference). She told us that she was going to check on it a give us an update (we haven't heard back from her or David). What we found funny, is that everytime we called them, David is never at the office (he was answering the phone until he got our cash) and now our calls are going to voicemail. So now we are on our third week after placing our order and we haven't received our sample, a phone call or an email. In a nut shell, their products are TRASH!! (Yes we had them tested at a lab), their customer service is similar to thier products.....TRASH!!, and they are only in it for a quick buck...... I will be calling my bank to file a dispute.
