I ordered the MyCoffee from the MyPillow company on 12/29/22. Delivery was set up with Fed-Ex to take place on 1/6/23. Fed-Ex lost the package and refused to file a claim because the shipper MyCoffee has to file it.
MyCoffee refuses to file, they refuse to reship another package, and they refuse to refund the almost $50 that I paid. I placed a dispute through PayPal and now MyPillow wants me to life the dispute so it will tell the bank everything is ok, and it’s not! I paid nearly $50 for MyCoffee merchandise, and I didn’t get anything.
PayPal keeps moving the resolution date up on the dispute and they refuse to talk to me about it as well.
Slippers for wife very uncomfortable. Very dificult to contact about return. When I finally got a return authorization they deducted shipping both ways from credit. Chincy - I will never buy from them again.
My Pillow advertises their pillows to be supportive and to keep their shape, helping to keep your neck aligned. The very first time I tried to use my new pillow it went flat, it was lumpy, did not support my head and neck, and did not keep its shape at all. They also advertise a 60 day money back guarantee.
The packing slip in my shipment even including that statement. However, when I called customer service to get instructions on how to return my pillow, they told me I would not get my money back. When I disputed it with my credit card company, they just sent it to a collection agency, even after my credit card company reposted my charge.
Therefore, My Pillow: 1) Sent me a complete product failure, 2) dishonored their money back guarantee, and 3) charged me twice!! Now that is a scamion!!
I ordered the MyPillow matress topper and was charged for return shipping. I specifically asked the sales associate over the phone if return shipping was covered and she told me it was. The reason I’m angry is that I never would have ordered from a company that doesn’t cover return shipping. I was making an assumption that it was more likely it would be returned based on the many poor reviews this company has for product satisfaction.
MyPillow told me to donate the topper to a local charity and send them the receipt. They refunded my money less over $30.00 in shipping. I called and customer service just kept repeating that they don’t cover return shipping and would not acknowledge the fact that their employee told me otherwise to get me to order.
Along with the fact that I was lied to the matress topper and free pillows were laughable. The topper was a slab of non-conforming uncomfortable foam wrapped in a cheap casing with straps.
What really stood out was the four free pillows I received. I am dumfounded on how this man grew this company to the size he did selling such an un-impressive product. These pillows were almost half the size of a basic queen size pillow. It’s a pillowcase with ground up foam inside.
If you know anything about business you would realize that Mike Lindell is just a very good salesman selling snake oil. He convinces you that your going to get a great product and you end up being sold on Mike not his pillows. You can see on his commercials how he proudly displays his cross outside his buttoned up shirt to give the millions of Christians an incentive to make a purchase.
This is the reason I feel ripped off. I already convinced myself what Mike Lindell may be about and had little confidence in the product, thus I made sure they would cover return shipping.
These products were so bad I assume his business plan is to sell as many as he can and automatically get a large percentage of them back. He has to be selling a product he can make very cheap or his business plan would not work.
Also, he makes it very difficult to see on his website where you will be charged for returnes, yet he states he guarantees his product. I urge you to try to find on his site where he explains you are responsible for return shipping.
What he does may not be illegal, but Mike Lindell is truely a modern day snake oil salesman.
I HAVE THE tv whenI work. I kept hearing My Pillow commercials so much i said ok lets see how the pillow is?
I was very disappointed. I did some digging around yesterday. the statements he made were false and out of context. Creating a co the Slee Foundation said his pillow was picked the #1 pillow. He exploits the cross wearing it out of hit shirt as a prop to make you think he is honest.
Then I discovered that the My Pillow man Lindell fines totaling +/- $1million dollars. He deserves and more !

BERNIE MADOFF THOUGHT PEOPLE WERE STUPID TOO HMMMM
My husband and I called the My Pillow toll-free number to order the "buy one get one free" TV offer (TV500).
We were promptly told that there was no such offer. The "buy one at $59/get one free" does not exist. This is blatant deception and we were told that you can buy 2 for $89! That is not what was advertised on television.
This man must be stopped from ripping people off. I went to Bed Bath and Beyond to "test" his pillow. First, all it is made from is shredded foam, which has a terrible odor. The pillow is lumpy and cheap and can be made yourself from any pillowcase and a box of shredded foam.
People should invest in a quality down pillow with feathers that gives great support and does not have any odor!
This company advertises their pillows by stating, buy one, get one free! This is a blatant lie as they sell one pillow for $59 but if you want the second one free, it actually cost you $30 because the buy one get one charges you $89. What a deal!

I have neck problems so I thought about ordering one of their pillow. I almost dropped the phone when they said it was $100 for a PILLOW!
That Mike Lindell guy is nothing but a crook. No telling how many people he has already ripped off.
