Of course they'll need your credit card number, or your bank account number. * You need a job, so you need a resume. You give them your credit info. They think you gave it to them because you are stupid. * What they don't know is that you gave it to them because You The People are essentially good and therefore trusting. * And then, they took advantage of your trust. Despite the fact that you cancelled your subscription well within the 30 day "trial period", they continued charging you monthly, $24.95 or $34.95 etc... This went on for some time, accumulating hundreds - and for some of you thousands - of dollars in fraudulent charges. * The result? Some criminal fat cats on a beach somewhere living high on the hog, kicking back and having a good chuckle while shoveling caviar and guzzling champagne - that YOU paid for! * People, it's time to break out the pitchforks and fire up the torches (legally speaking, of course)! Did this happen to you, too? It happened to me (I have all the emails to prove it), and from what I've seen online I'm sure it has happened to many, many other victims.

I "Built" my Resume and while it looked great and stated that it was FREE it is in fact NOT – I was almost tempted to try the $2.95 14 day trial until I read some really scary and scam worthy reviews. They are charging people $35 (or more) a month on auto renew.
My advice: if a site only offers the option to pay by credit card it is a scam – most legit sites will accept PayPal or other forms of one-time payments. STAY AWAY from My Perfect Resume!!
Worst resume business” - DO NOT USE MYPERFECTRESUME! I used their site and happily paid the $3 to do so, only to have them charge me $35.80, which incurred overdraft fees. I called and got a refund on the $35.80. When I asked for a refund on the overdraft, they were rude and extremely unhelpful. I asked to speak with a supervisor. They put me on hold, then hung up on me. I could hear background noise directly before being hung up on. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor.
They told me my account had already been cancelled and that there was no reason to speak with a manager. After about five minutes of arguing, they put me on hold. Then the representative picked back up, said he was sorry for the wait, that the supervisor was with another customer and would be with me shortly. After another couple of minutes on hold, they hung up on me again. So, I called back. Again, more arguing about the need for a supervisor and another hang up. This company does but care about you and their customer service is more ineffective and useless than Comcast.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND COMPANY!!!! I used this site to create a resume. Little did I know that this company fools you. I looked at my bank statement and saw monthly deductions of $35.80. I never approved of anything of this sort. I never received a email saying I was subscribed to the website and I never received an email saying that I will be charged monthly. This is a bad way to run a business. They are stealing from me and will soon steal from you! I called to get this resolved and had no luck. Customer Service has been a really bad experience.
