My Men's Clinic Reviews

  • Mar 4, 2020

This report is based upon information obtained from the BBB that I found. People keep asking me "where do I got" and "how do I get my money back or my prescriptions!" What is happening is they are creating a bunch of bogus names, and it looks like a bate and switch. Victim is out of luck tries to reach out to the owners and the answers are "oh sorry, we just bought that clinic out and there is nothing left" ... Someone needs to track where the money is and where it is going. Erectile Dysfunction Clinic Scheme.

They are telemarketers posing as clinicians using some unsuspecting medical professionals license to operate; they can be podiatrists or anything.

COMPLAINT #1 - 2019

COMPLAINT #2 - 2019

This company stole $200 from me and I refuse to pay anymore money to a company that takes advantage of there patients I am a patient since July 2018. I made two payments to my account for $246.00 in July and august . These payments where scheduled to come out of my bank account on the 28th of each month. Someone from that office took out $150.00 on September the 5th and $50.00 on September 6th I never authorized this and I didn't know until a later date that this company did this but I had to cancel my card because I didn't know where the charges came from so on the 28th of September they contacted me for payment and I had to get my wife to pay with her card. This was for one payment only I spoke to mark about this issue but I got different stories. So just recently they took the $246.00 payment off my wife card this is not legal she called them about this she couldn't speak because they gave her reason after reason she has had her card replaced so they can't try to get any more money once the stolen the $200.00 from me I refuse to pay them anymore I have tried to speak about this but just get the run around.

COMPLAINT #3 - 2018

48 hours after my initial office visit, I cancelled the 13 month treatment option they prescribed. They refuse to reimburse my $4000 payment. On Nov 14th I visited Men's Health for a medical consultation. They prescribed a lengthy 13 month treatment plan costing $4142. After a confusing two hour appointment seeing three different "technicians" (Taylor, Dwayne & Mark) one of whom they called doctor (whom I found later was a physicians assn't) they requested payment. I reluctantly gave them my credit card saying my insurance company would not approve that large of a transaction and they said they'd charge half today ($2000) and the other half tomorrow. They submitted the whole amount ($4142) and told me it went thru. After leaving their office I researched their treatment plan and decided it was not for me. The next day was a snow day (Nov 15) with schools closed and many businesses not operating so I waited until the following day the 16th to personally visit the office and let their office manager, Taylor, know I was not interested in continuing this treatment plan until I had further information. He responded by saying let's talk next Tuesday that he'd be in Orlando but I could call the office and they would connect him. I told him I'd call but had no interest in moving forward until I researched this treatment more thoroughly. I called that next Tuesday the 20th and talked to Dwayne letting him know I did not want to continue and he told me Taylor would call me back that day. I never received a call. On Friday, Nov 23rd, I received a call from Joe wanting to schedule a meeting with Taylor on Monday at 6pm. I agreed. Monday I called their office at 5:55pm to let them know I was running 5 minutes late. I live 30 minutes from their office. When I called they told me Taylor wasn't available to meet that day so I agreed to come the next day the 27th at 6pm. I received a phone call on the 27th at 4:30pm that I missed so I called their office back. Joe told me that Taylor would try to be there at 6pm but was flying into BWI. When I arrived at 6pm I found out Taylors flight was delayed and wouldn't be available. I insisted on talking to whomever was in charge and they managed for me to meet with Mark Johnson the owner. I told him how displeased I was in the way they were handling my situation and that if I had to take legal action to bring justice to this situation I would. He then responded by saying don't threaten me. I told him it wasn't a threat but a promise. It was only fair to let him know what my intentions. He went on to say they already ordered all of this medication that they were on the hook for and they were trying to work something out with their pharmacist. I talked to Taylor again on Nov 28th and again he gave me the same story about working out some arrangement with their pharmacist and that he would call me no later than the 29th. He never called back. I called one last time today (30th) upon the urging of my wife to give them one more chance. I called and got Dwayne on the phone and told him my predicament. He told me to wait and he'd get Taylor on the phone. I waited 20 minutes and he came back on saying Taylor was busy and he'd call me back. He never called back. My desire is to get a refund on my deposit ($4142) for this 13 month procedure they recommended. I don't mind paying for the office consultation which I think was around $160.
