I went to My MD Clinic to do a laser procedure to soften some wrinkles around my eye. Dr. Scherf said he does it on both the face and neck area and it is 2 laser treatments. I did the first one and it was fine and went back a couple days later to do the 2nd one. It caused red round welts all over my neck and he said it was normal just don't go in the sun. I put sunscreen and wrapped my neck with a scarf for a week and the welts turned into dark brown dots. I have contacted him and he said he has never had that happen and he thinks it's my fault for going in the sun right after treatment. I now know he is not a real doctor and didn't really know what he was doing. I am going to a dermatologist and she said he burned my skin and it caused hypopigmentation and if he was a real doctor he should not be practicing. It's costing 1000s of dollars and I am not even sure I can remove it. Instead of leaving his office prettier than I walked in, it's been a nightmare. People have told me I look like an octopus or leopard when I don't wear makeup. I paid a lot of money for the laser procedure he did and he made it worse, refuses a refund or to help me pay to fix it.
