I recently used the "new" and clearly UNFINISHED SCAM service "My Ideal Wedding" to plan my big event/wedding day. The owner 'Craig Dougherty' also sometimes suspiciously referred to as 'Ronald Craig Dougherty' (if that doesn't set off alarm bells, I don't know what does') was a rude, cheavinistic pig of a man. Upon being charged $3000 on my credit card upon signing up for their "FREE VENUE LISTING" on their website yet their website states that the first month is free and that any credit card details taken are simply for confirming the users/members details and in case you wish to continue adveritising with them in future.
I was charged the $3000 in the first 4 days upon signing up! This is ridiculous! I demanded my money back and after attempting to contact MR RONALD CRAIG DOUGHERTY OF 16 SEAVIEW AVE (Registered business address) I finally got through to someone (apparently Ronald) who stated that he will "sort out the issue, when he can be bothered" which apparently he hasn't been bothered after all of these weeks.
STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have contacted the Victorian Police about this credit card fraud and they will be investigating.

My Ideal Wedding is a newly established company which launched in September this year. Kat Muscat is not, and never has been, a 'customer' of our business.
As anyone who has used our site would know - engaged couples using our website NEVER enter their credit card details. If Kat was a user of the site she would know this to be the case. The only revenue raised on the site is from Wedding Suppliers who pay for advertising on the site.
"Kat" seems to be very confused. At first she says that she signed up to 'plan her big event/wedding day. She then says that in planning her event/big day she then signed up for a FREE VENUE LISTING. Why would someone planning their wedding want to have a FREE VENUE LISTING?
Unfortunately I have been targeted by someone who wants to damage myself and my business. It would seem a disgruntled 'ex-contractor' is doing whatever they can to harm us. They started by attacking and severely damaging our website. They then attempted to delete our Business Facebook account.
This report is their latest attempt to hurt our business.
Any check with Victorian Police will quickly reveal that no reports have been lodged against us and that this is a fictitious report by a very vendictive individual. It is dissappointing that people can raise such reports using fictitious names and with no evidence.
