Obviously the document never arrived. tried calling the company but you cannot talk to a real person. sent an email, and the response was that they only process payments, they do not have anything to do with getting the document. I was told in the email to contact the county instead. All this company does is take your money with no responsibility. Fair warning to anyone who does not want to get ripped off by them.
