Warning! Do not take your cell phone to "My Cell Phone Doctors" whose website is www.mycellphonedoctors.com located in Britton Plaza in south Tampa. They are a very small company so they steal parts from your devices then resell them to others for more profit. I was lucky enough to confirm this with a technician who use to work for the company. This is how I know it's a fact. He told me this is exactly what they do to make more money off of you!! Avoid them.
I took my cell phone there to have routine repair work done only to get my phone back in worse condition then when I brought it in. They stole the healthy working internal parts from my phone and replaced them with old malfunctioning parts. The indian women who owns the store kept my phone for multiple weeks, gave me multiple excuses as to why this routine repair was taking so long then after multiple weeks she finally called me to tell me my phone was ready. When I picked it up, the phone barely worked at all. Everything was slower, dimmer and malfunctioned virtually everytime I needed to use it. They don't even have on-site repair technicians. They mail your cell phone out of the city so their technicians have time to determine the healthy parts from those that malfunction. This gives their technicians plents of time to steal your healthy parts and replace them with malfunctioning parts from old phones they have laying around. They then resell your healthy parts to someone else for more profit. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE THERE FOR REPAIR AND DON'T BUY THEIR REPLACEMENT PARTS - THEY'RE STOLEN!!
