Placed an order with this company and the webiste stated all order take 7 days to be fulfilled; it's been almost 2 weeks, my order has not been fulfilled and I'm unable to contact anyone through the email they provide on the website. I tried contacting them through their social media platform on Instagram and left comments stating what happend, letting people know my transaction feels like a scam at this point, and they blocked me from their page. I made another page to get in contact with them again and they blocked me once again; however, they do have time to reply to poeple inquiring on how to buy their jewelry. Luckily, I paid through PayPal and the transcation can be disputed but people need to know to not spend their money because it is a waste!
I will never ever buy from my billionaire lifestyle again and it was a mistake in doing so. I ordered a 14k gold plated big face watch, and they sent me an expensive item in poor quality packaging (an envelope and bubble wrap not in a watch box for the watch) so when I received it I received it broken. I emailed the company many times and even sent them a message on Instagram but they never replied. The email said: I am very unhappy with the quality of this watch. First of all it was sent in a plastic wrapper when I spent over $100 on it un-including the price I paid for custom charges. I find that disgraceful, the pictures I saw on the website the watches were in velvet cases. Not only am I not happy with how I received it (in an envelope instead of a box) as soon as I opened the watch it fell apart at the side.
It also took very long to come for the prices I paid for this watch I am extremely unhappy about this and want a resolution as soon as possible. And the other email said: I am not surprised that the watch fell apart, how could your company send me such an expensive item international in such a low quality packaging. If an expensive item is sent abroad it should be in a box and protected, in this case there was no box or no case, just an envelope and a plastic wrapper, words can not explain how disappointed, frustrated, angry and upset I am because of this whole situation. I want a refund immediately without any exchange or me sending back the watch, your company also needs to give me compensation money for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism that I have experienced from dealing with your company.
If I do not get any response from your company soon, I will be taken actions into my own hands. Because this is unacceptable and will not be stood for, can something please be done about this situation immediately. and I even sent them a picture of the broken watch and still no reply. I never ever received a response from them with is highly unprofessional. I had to open a dispute with PayPal and the company said to PayPal that they'll only give me a refund if I sent the watch back, which of course I was not going to do because I already spent a lot on the watch, I spent money on customs charge aswell and they want me to pay for international postage aswell to send the watch back.
That is ridiculous. So I tried to compromise and asked for a partial refund of half my money back but PayPal told me that the company refused my offer. So there's nothing I could do to get my money back. I'm urging you to not buy from my billionaire lifestyle if you want good professional services and good legitimate products. Don't make the mistake that I did. They are a very wicked company who just rip off customers and pay people to give them food reviews even though their products are terrible. Worse of all is they didn't have the decency to contact me themselves by replying to my email, that is so unprofessional. Don't put yourself through the stress everyone and just avoid my billionaire lifestyle all together. I'm eating them as a company, their service and product as a 1 out of 10. Disgraceful they are. Don't buy from them, learn from my mistake.
