Jerry put the agency in his wifes name but he is still calling all the shots, making all the deals, and breaking all the promises. I am an agent that had a verbal agreement that clients I could not write at my agency I would send to Jerry where he would write the business and compensate me 50% of the commissions he received onthe deal. Not only did I never see a single penny from the clients he wrote, I also found out that he was not applying all the insurance payments my clients made to their policy. He claimed that the missing $100, $200, and $500 were fees or honest mistakes but I and the insured know that is not true.
