MV Realty Reviews

MV Realty/Joe Shaia. I have been a Realtor for 21 years and recently worked with MV Realty and Joe Shaia. It was the most unprofessional work experience and the worst leadership or lack of in a Real Estate company I have ever worked with.

Joe took me off the HBA program after 3 weeks, They hire hundreds of agents with not enough training or support. Joe is running this company into the ground. They couldn't care less about their agents.

This company takes advantage of people who are desperate for money, and do not know enough about real estate to know what a terrible contract they are signing. And that they will put a lein on their house making it impossible to get any money for thier equity from any bank.

There "40 year" contract basically states they will be paid 6% of the current market value at a minimum. If the value of the home goes up they will get 6% of that. If the property owner dies the contract will transfer to whoever inherits the property. And the new owner has to notify the company or they will be in breach of the contract which is a 3% fee, or the current market value, with a minimum amounting to 6% of the current market value (at the time of signing the contract)

Also if a buyers broker is involved, they will still get their 6% and the buyers broker will be paid by the seller.

My friend is so desperate for the 1300.00, and so feeble in the brain from his medications, he is only looking at receiving the money. These people do not care anything about their clients, only about their profit.

Watch out for this guy Joe Shaia, who is the Manager of MV Realty. They offer a Home Benefit Program and promise homeowners a certain amount of money. The catch is you sign a contract for 40 years and if you want to cancel they charge you thousands of dollars that no one can afford.

They get realtors to be telemarketers to get these people sucked in, and mostly it is elderly people that they target, because they have equity in their home. This guy Joe Shaia and the Broker Amanda Zachman will sell your soul to the devil.

Stay away from the Home Benefit Program they are offering. You will be stuck with them for 40 years.
