My Muscle labs USA Review

I have been using their products for about 6 years now. I have been ordering direct from them for about 4 years now. Originally I was purchasing from a reseller on ebay but seen I could save some money ordering direct. I am not sure if the other review was posted by a competitor, or if perhaps they ordered from another company, but I have always found their process to be pretty straight forward. I place my order on their site (MuscleLabsUSA.com directly). I receive a tracking and package arrives in 2-3 days. I know for a fact they have a live chat option and a toll free phone number clearly displayed on their website.

every thing written below is to the best of my knowledge so don't hold me word for word,

ill be as accurate as i can be.

i was told by Jenna from musclelabsusa i would get a extra bottle for free when buying the bulk stack,

i placed a order at musclelabsusa.com and once done it said >order completed you will get a email in the next 4 hours

with a tracking number.

after no emails for days i then called using the number showen on there website,

i explained and then the lady said this was the phone number for placing new orders only,

she said contact support chat on the website because she only takes order and said

i couldnt talk to anyone there because they dont work in the same place.

i went to support chat and talked a while then i say i made a payment for a order

and i did not get my Tracking number and i did not get any emails in my inbox or junk mail,

well then i get a pop up JOE HAS CLOSED THE CHAT.

i then emailed jenna from musclelabsusa telling the problem

and she said i put in only 8 digits for the credit card when it should of been 16

and she said she sent me a letter stating it, i asked her to forward me that email

and she did not and avoided me.

with out going over every detail inbetween all this

i placed ANOTHER order which was the same and i video taped it live,

same thing no email and no tracking, every thing is correct because i have auto fill, i use it alot

when buying on line it filles in your name address ect ect automaticaly,

jenna said it did not go threw and was not charged,

i said just because you say my credit card has not been charged doesn't mean it can be use later on.

she stated all info is not stored on there website and said i had nothing to worry about.

i told her not to keep any info from me including credit cards and emails and any personal info.

there was a lot of emails back and forth and she said she could not take any online orders for me,

i said she could call my bank and put us on 3 way calling then i could pay, i got no reply,

i told her i would just call and pay over the phone by credit card for new orders

so i called the online payment for musclelabsusa and was going to use my credit card over the phone,

i got turned down again saying we cant take payments for you,

i tried to pay anyway i could and still no luck.

so after a few days i called back and i was told i could use a walmart gift card for a payment

she didnt reconize me, i had to recall back before going to walmart and i asked if it had to be a special type of gift card

and she said a visa gift card i then told her this was gary/me and all of a sudden jenna gets on the phone

the same support lady they said didnt work at that office and was for phone orders only, hmm go figure that one out.

i asked jenna for the owners name and she said joe smith which im not sure if thats the truth,

i was not happy with this company she said not to call again or she will tell my local police in texas with my name and address

the same info jenna said they dont store on there website, they dont store it but jenna going to give it out,

not to hard to figure out her intelligence along with with bogus excuses and Lies.,

says she dont store info but she has it to give to the police,hmm go figure that one out.

i contact my bank fraud department and all so forward them there emails because everything looks suspicious.

did i offer more then 1 way to pay? YES

did they say i could pay with a visa gift card? YES

did i get my order? NO

did i get my free bottle? NO

do i feel riped off? YES

i had to cancel my credit card and wait for a new one.

doesnt seam anyway i could pay for this product so i said how about sending 5 bottles for free for my TROUBLES,

and for the bright one of the bunch jenna slapped me with the word (extortion)

this is not extortion because i offered not demanding it.

extortion is for a payoff LOL

why in the world would i want to extortion some one when i was WILLING TO PAY,hmm go figure that one out.

the word suspicious fits this company, buyer beware.

check all website by google IMAGE SEARCH

and you will see they own a few other websites the image search seams to work better..

look for> they have the same GMail for emails on each website, not sure why they dont have there own mail sever

instead of using G-MAIL, same credit card page set up looks the same on all websites.

same online chat with JOE on there websites.

there no dirrect phone contact support help.

most places come right out in front and show you the ingredients listed,

i dont see it on there website'S unless its one of them hidden fetures they dont want you to see.

she said i put in 8 digits for a credit card and it should of been 16 digits

and my order said completed with a THANK YOU when i was done,

it cant be to seccure, on other web site if you for get to even place your first name it will give you a ERROR

same thing with 8 digit credit card # should of gotten a ERROR not a THANK YOU.

i would NOT BUY from musclelabsusa.com or any of there website.

WORST support help i have EVER Hand in my life by some ol lady that Lies so much.

good luck on support if you do order and have a problem in getting it or returning it.

i was going to order threw amazon the store musclelabsusa.com has on there

but it appears thats no longer on amazon, Go figure!

i would Not waste my time or money with musclelabsusa.com

and i will forward you where i sent this to my bank fraud department.

i have screen shots of completed order and videos of me placing a order as it's completed,

i have much much more, you name it i got it.

i order online a lot and i can say this is the FIRST time i had to ever write a Bad review like this.

instead of helping me find a way to pay for this, all i got was 1 excuse after another after another,

excuse's dont fixes the problem, excuse's are for people that dont know how to tell the Truth.

pass the word on about musclelabsusa.com because NO one needs to be treated like this.
