I paid $600 in May 2015 to Municipal Credit Services before they began to clean up my credit score. Almost three years later, I have paid more than $3000 and my credit score is still 492. This company did not pay attention to me, so I tried to build my credit score at a bank requesting a prepaid credit card, but my application was rejected due to my very poor credit score. I can not wait any longer and I do not want to pay anymore money to that company. Actually I would like to receive all the money I paid them back, because my credit score is now lower than 3 years ago.
I PAID $495 ON 21ST, JUNE 2015 TO FIX MY CREDIT WITH MISS LOURDES. TILL TODAY, I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY UPDATES TO IMPROVE MY CREDIT WHATSOEVER. I PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT HAS NEVER GAVE ME ANY UPDATES OR HAS FIXED MY CREDIT AND THIS IS THE 8TH MONTH SINCE I PAID FOR THIS AND HAVENT HAVE ANY IMPROVEMENTS ON MY CREDIT.
THIS IS AN AWFUL SITUATION SINCE I CANNOT USE MY CREDIT FOR ANYTHING, I HAVE A CAR THAT IS DAMAGE AND I HAVE TO USE IT EVERYDAY SINCE MY JOB IS IN THE STREETS BASICALLY AND I CANNOT BUY ANOTHER CAR BECAUSE I CANT USE MY SOCIAL\CREDIT ANYWHERE SINCE MY SOCIAL SECURITY IS IN SECURITY FREEZE AND I WAS NEVER INFORMED ABOUT THIS AND MISS LOURDES EVEN TOLD ME ON JUNE 2015 THAT IT WAS A MATTER OF 3 MONTHS FOR MY CREDIT TO BE FIXED.
IM VERY DISSAPOINTED ABOUT THIS SITUATION AND IT IS BEEN TOO LONG FOR THIS CREDIT TO BE FIXED. I HAVE FRIENDS THAT HAS SOLVED FORECLOUSURES, BANCKORUPPCY IN A MATTER OF 30 DAYS! HOW COME??? I KNOW THAT YOU CAN EVEN DO THIS FOR YOURSELFE WITHOUT PAYING A PENNY. I DECIDED TO PAY FOR THIS SERVICE SINCE I DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DO IT AND I DIDNT WANT THE RISK OF NOT SOLVING IT IN TIME...
THIS JUST GET ME TOO PISSED OFF FOR BEING SO TRUSFUL, SINCE I SAW VIDEOS OF "REAL PEOPLE" IN THE INTERNET, ON GOOGLE TO BE EXACT, AND THAT WAS WHY I TRUST YOU GUYS IN THE FIRST PLACE. ACTUALLY, MISS LOURDES WAS VERY NICE TO ME AND I TRUST HER. BUT EVERY TIME I CALL HER SHE IS ETHIER WITH ANOTHER CLIENT OR BUSY, AND SHE NEVER CALLS ME BACK. THAT IS A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAVE TO CALL ME, THEY HAVE TO SEND ME REPORTS, INFORM, AT LEAST KEEP ME UPDATED. SHE HASNT CALLED ME SINCE SHE NEEDED SOME FILES TO UPDATE MY CASE BACK IN JUNE 2015.
