This guy has horrible business practice and communications. He always keeps his calls too short, leaving your with insufficient information. You never truly know where he stands when engaging in business with him as he never furnishes proof behind his intentions to engage. One day its 'tomorrow'. the next day you never know.
He had compromised an allocation we had with our factory as we were held up by his indecision which cost us an opportunity to engage with other clients to unload our stock. He then told us his bank was closed and he could not prepare an LC on a Thursday and Friday when it was actually opened. He then said he had a PO but never sent it. He then said his end buyer was issuing him an LC as they share the same bank.
He claims they went in and executed said transaction but after a week, nothing. For something that usually takes same day, if not within the hour. Can't believe what he says. And he doesn't allow himself to speak more than a minute to you as he always has an excuse of "I have to go to prayer or I have to go back to the bank" Fed up!!
